Everything was good for the room and the pool was great. The check-in took long with 4 people behind the counter but only one working. Fees for the parking when there’s no where else to park for free without the possible to end up with a fine….

Très très déçu d’un niveau day’s In , et encore les petits déjeuners sont mieux là-bas. J’ai voulu me payer une game supérieure et j’ai payé 60$ de plus pour une game inférieur. Au prix il vaut mieux prendre une chambre dans un concurrent moins réputé. Et au petit déjeuné pain muffins, œufs en briques saucisses cuites au moins 5x, des fruits classiques et des boissons classiques. Rien d’extravagant. Plus parking payant alors qu’il y a de la place. Encore une très déçu qualité prix

Eventhough the hotel was not full and we arrived fairly early, we given a room that was across the hall from rooms undergoing renovations the next morning - Work started at 7:00 and power tools by 7:25. Otherwise, beware of icy sidewalks by the front door.

I checked in and was told about a 10$ per night parking fee which was never mentioned on the booking. Its ridiculous to not include parking at a hotel?!? Then I check in, she gives my me room key and when I go up to the room, I open the door to find people!! She gave me the key to an already booked room with people in it?! Im choked that this can happen with the technology they have and computers to track everything. Had to go back down and get a different room. Rooms are only ok. cleanliness is alright but not great. The toilet wasnt super clean and there was nuts on the carpet not from us. The pool however I will say is very nice. Location is good close by highway and lots of restaurants nearby. Overall disappointed at the service, parking fee, will probably not stay here again.

Shower was very nice. Bed was firmer than I like but that’s usual at hotels so I wouldn’t say it’s a problem. It’s preference. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast was great!

We had issues during our stay, got lock out of or room for about 20 min as per card didn’t work to get in anymore. No hot water in our room to shower and staff in the dining room during breakfast talked between each other and were very inappropriate. Stay wasn’t the greatest.

A great place to stay. Very accommodable. We had an issue with the mattress and it was resolve very quickly. The only thing that I would suggest is that it showed as a Suite. It was not really a suite as there's wasn't a door to the bedroom. Just a partition. It was hard having a nap and my spouse woke up early and could not watch TV as it would wake me up. Otherwise excellent.
