Comfort Inn

The pool and fitness centre were closed. We were not notifiedof the closure until out arrival. Our key cards stopped working 3 times during our 4 night stay. The room coffee is terrible. Upon asking for the rooms to be turned over we were informed where we could fetch our own clean towels. We left a bag of dirty towels out side the room door and it was not picked up for 2 days. We will not return.

Yes, the room was spotless. Excellent customer service. Checked in and in bed in under 20 minutes.

Breakfast was good, and parking was easy.

Check in young lady was great very nice and gave all information. Room was good, clean and the shower was wonderful! Just what I needed to end a long day. Breakfast was typical attendant was pleasant. My problem was the hotel was no where near full, only maybe 5 cars around the building. My husband and I were traveling to the to family for Christmas and we decided to breakup our travel. (I had worked several weeks straight and had been up since 4:30am, my husband is still recovering from hip surgery. )We were just hoping for a nice nights sleep. We had only been in bed for 1/2 hr when in the room next door a kid kept yelling running and slamming doors we let it go for an hour thinking they’d calm down. After midnight we just didn’t want to hear it anymore. I will say the front desk attendant was fast responding coming to the room asking them to keep it down. But is it normal to put people right beside when there are plenty of rooms. Also we were traveling with our lab who is very well behaved. But with a kid yelling next door he became very agitated we then had trouble getting him to calm after this. So what was to be a relaxing night before we went to celebrate our Christmas turned into only a few hours of restless sleep.

Nice place to stay. Back door seems to be malfunctioning.

Checkin was efficient and easy. Room was perfect.

The entry doors to the building never worked to get in. Secondly, the heater never turned off running all night the room was cold otherwise. Lastly, the drain in the shower never drained until u were out of the shower and about 5 minutes after. Basically swimming in the water. Also, our bed was with crumbs. Breakfast was okay wish they have options for gluten free

Rooms were clean but obvious sigh of wear and tear but they are renovating so that is understandable. Food was decent and fresh, staff were beyond excellent. Kinda of what you expect at this type of hotel so no complaints. Bed was comfy but the pillows were very very sad. Great location and staff were fabulous with my dog

The room was just average, the parking around the property was terrible..under construction and difficult to park around most of the hotel.The breakfast was ok, a few things we're empty and not replenished garage bins were overflowing.. so it was difficult to clean your plates. I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is old and needs some TLC outside. There has been some improvements inside but its not great. The staff was polite and helpful and the place was clean. Our beds were very comfortable and we could park right outside our patio doors but could not lock the doors from outside so had leave through the lobby anyway and then walk around the building.

The tub was plugged, toilet seat was not on right felt like we were going to fall off when we sat down. Bed skirt was dirty also rug was dirty & stained. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great variety of options and the staff always had it stocked up.

Hotel didn't look great from the outside but rooms were ok

Breakfast terrible no juice no milk for coffee went in and wasn’t cleaned from night before no cereal only the cereal on counter and a mess from the day before water machine didn’t even work no utilities even eggs and sausages awful barely anything and I went first thing at 7am
