Room was clean. Staff were nice and breakfast was pleasant. Would stay again.

The room was good, and clean! The lady at the front desk was absolutely horrible and made me not even want to stay but I went through Expedia so has no choice! She had an attitude as soon as I walked in! Then she proceeded to ask me why me and my boyfriend was staying in a hotel if I lived in the same town! Which I told her it was none of her business! Maybe wanted a night away! She had no reason to ask that! And then once I started pushing back and she knew she couldn’t walk all over me she started changing her attitude and being nice! It was an older lady with shorter blonde curly hair.

Everything was great women at the front desk were nice nd helpful, the only thing was the girl who stocks the breakfast bar said something about us going up 20x when it was only 3 but mostly to get drinks nd coffee nd i just wanted to take a breafast sanwhoch to go bwvause i had a long day ahead of me, we had a long drive! So i disnt think it would be a big deal that we took something to go for the rd since i travelled so far nd paid to stay there! Nd seeing as it was 10 mins till the breakfast was done, there was lots of food left anyways... but the girl who stomacked the breakfast was the onlt one who said something! Nd o didnt like that comment! It shouldnt matter if i wanted to eat in my room i get anoxety being aroind ppl sometimes nd usually when im tired thats when my anxiety is ths worst! Nd that lady who saod something made me feel uncomfortable after! She was there jan 1st right in the morning! That was my only complaint the ladies at the front desk were amazing! Very helpful nd friendly! The one lady that was there on dec 31st at 4pm amazing she was the best one! She was super nice! Nd thats all!

Clean rooms. Adequate breakfast. Very accommodating front desk staff. They allowed me to check in a few hours early. Hotel is located at the east edge of St Thomas. Quiet, without a lot of road noise. I will stay here again.

A family member became very ill an we tried to have our stay date move by 1 day forward. The hotel would not work with me at all because they already had their money paid in full. Very disappointing in the hotel. Just as long they got their money they would not accommodate for moving even a day. They had rooms available for the next day so that wasn’t the problem.

The breakfast was good variety. The room was clean and well laid out. Convenient ground level so my car was right outside my door. The Check in was slow and not very friendly. Manager was too busy on the phone, so another employee was walking by and checked me in. Later when leaving the Manager never said Hello, smiled or anything.
