Motel Clair-Mont

Pratique pour une nuit de passage et accueil sympathique. Nous avons entendu des rongeurs au plafond durant la nuit et le ménage ne semblait pas fait dans plusieurs endroits de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Les matelas mériteraient d’être changés.

Front desk staffs were friendly and helpful, motel is bit old not as nice as in the picture, free parking!!

Basic cheap motel good for a night. Unfortunately next door guest was smoking and the smoke smell was lingering into our room.

Svp , n'oubliez pas que c'est un motel et non un hôtel. Ceci dit, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer une nuit pour pas cher. La chambre la moins chere lit queen confortable, salle de bain propre, frigo,micro-ondes,signal wifi tres haute vitesse, télé, grand stationnement. Tout fonctionne bien. Proche de la sortie d'autoroute. Personnel sympathique

This is my second stay and what a drop in quality from 3 years ago. The room, stairways, deck, pool and shrubs all need major upgrades. I really like this area but will look for another place next visit

Near highway 15. Easy to travel.few min. Downtown. Stores. Lac lagny. Restos. Walmart. Maxi. 👍

Entourés de monts, c'est un endroit paisible. Les galeries de bois du motel sont un peu amochées ; une rénovation est due à moyen terme pour celles-ci.

C’etais correct pour le prix

J'ai dû attenfre une dizaine d eminiutes pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Mon séjpir a été correct, mais pas plus que cela.

This property is in a good location off the highway. The view of the woods in the back is a lovely touch. The location of the pool is a few steps back from the highway which is not very private, this could possibly be remedied with perhaps a higher and more private fencing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they upgraded our suite and allowed early check in at no extra cost. Now the interior could definitely use a refresh, we were disappointed to not be able to use the jacuzzi tub due to all the spiders, the cobwebs were everywhere. The bathroom provides the only view to the wooded area unfortunately and the shower and location of the toilet was awkward and uncomfortable my husband and I aren’t tall people we are less than 6 feet tall. Anyone taller than 5 10 would not be able to fit in the shower or sit on the toilet. If it were up to me I would get rid of the jetted tub and rebuild a bathroom with a more usable layout. Overall if you are looking for a rest stop after a long drive it’s not too terrible but no longer than one night.

When we arrived the office was locked...No one in the office. A phone no. was posted on window. Finally the person arrived and i checked in with reservation. The website says the place is pet friendly but those not ask if you have a pet and does not mention extra charge for pets. ...I volunteered the info. The guys charged me extra 10 dollars for pet. I argued the lack of info but he dismissed my concern by saying it was the same everywhere. I disagree. I have checked in places before that tell you of the pets fee on the website. The room smelled terrible (very closed in) and the place is old and not modernized at all.

La chambre était sale, la fenêtres ne restait pas ouverte, il y avait des cheveux sur le lit et des taches de graisse sur le bureau.

It smells bad. There is dust over the microwave and over the mini fridge. I paid on the web, and I had to pay again at the motel. The curtains and Windows are too dirty. The main door has problems for closing well.
