Guests will receive an email 5 days before arrival with check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of CAD 50 (exact amount varies) at check-out. Quiet hours are enforced at the property from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
