Staybridge Suites Niagara-On-The-Lake, an IHG Hotel

When booking this stay it said it was within walking distance of Niagara on the Lake …. It IS NOT within walking distance however Lift and Uber were VERY reasonable . Hotel staff including breakfast were exceptional . Room and location cozy and quiet , relaxing . Close to Outlet Mall and Gretzky s Phenomenal Winery and Distillery .

Robin was excellent. I was meeting someone I’ve been dating for 3 months for the first time. She reassured me and made sure I knew a few ways to stay safe! It was a wonderful weekend,

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful…. And the hotel was very clean - the room we stayed in was attractive , updated and spotless!

The all- inclusive was great

Place was super clean. Huge room. Polite and informative staff. Very classy. Great location. 3 minute drive to outlet mall and short uber rides to all the wineries. Hot breakfast that included waffle station and omelettes. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel

Was not told there was an adjoining room door which was unlocked. A safety issue not discussed by front desk.

Room had a full kitchen. Very good included breakfast, close to Niagara on the Lake, Outlet Mall, nice open view from room on the 6th floor. Bed was also very comfortable. Allow extra time for construction slow downs on southbound QEW around St Catherines.

The property was very clean and well kept. Great central location to the wineries and The Falls. Breakfast was good. The personnel were friendly and helpful.

Room is clean. Shower area needs some fixing, water is leaking from shower to toilet area when in use, potential risk on slipping. Breakfast, the sausage does not taste good. No bacon which is a common breakfast in other hotels. No complimentary bottled water which is also common on other hotels. The TV program menu does not show the title of the program playing, only channel list. The doors are not sound proof. You can hear if someone walks or talking on the hallways and when they are opening their doors. All the rest is a great experience. Thank you.

It was a good experience

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff and the housekeeping staff member we met after our first night. Very comfortable beds and appreciated the kitchen, even though we didn't make as much use of it during this stay. The pool was nice. Would have also enjoyed a sauna or hot tub, but very much enjoyed the indoor pool. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

Nice quiet get away for a family with kids. Buffet breakfast was very good

The rooms are huge and clean and modern. The breakfast is excellent with quality food. Staff are super friendly. My only complaint would be with the gym. The floors are slippery and the mats that they have are not appropriate as they slip and slide on the already slippery floor. Gym is otherwise nice.

The rooms had kitchen and was of great help for travelling and having our toddlers food prepared there
