Great Roku TV channels made visit especially good. Also kitchenette was handy..clean fridge, bathroom, kitchen cupboards. Stove could have been cleaner. Only giant pots for cooking..I bought cheap frying pan & baking dish..walls very sound proof!Free Wifi was a big plus too!Park & plenty of shopping nearby!

check in after you leave a deposit credit card or cash. everything else is at your leisure, the area is safe regardless of the location, people walking around doesn't make an area unsafe. the apartment style air bnb is all that for the price , you receive a key fob , you have all amenities, including private bathroom you go around Canada most places have shared bathroom, trust me I traveled and I'm from Philadelphia and frequent Toronto , when in Toronto I book with Toronto furnished living they have multiple units all over the GTA. area.

- Phí nhận phòng sớm: 35 CAD (tùy tình hình thực tế)
- Phí nhận phòng muộn: 35 CAD nếu nhận phòng muộn trong thời gian từ 21:00 đến nửa đêm
- Phí trả phòng muộn: 35 CAD (tùy tình hình thực tế)
- Phí giường gấp: 20 CAD mỗi đêm
Danh sách trên có thể không đầy đủ. Phí và đặt cọc có thể không bao gồm thuế và có thể thay đổi.
Bạn sẽ được yêu cầu thanh toán cho nơi lưu trú các khoản phí sau. Phí có thể bao gồm các loại thuế hiện hành:

- Nơi lưu trú này nhận thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng; không nhận tiền mặt
- Chủ nhà chưa cho biết có máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide tại nơi lưu trú hay không; hãy cân nhắc mang theo máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide cầm tay
- Chủ nhà cho biết có máy báo khói tại nơi lưu trú
- Nơi lưu trú này sử dụng dịch vụ dọn vệ sinh chuyên nghiệp
Nơi lưu trú này không có quầy tiếp tân. Để sắp xếp nhận phòng, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú tối thiểu 24 giờ trước khi đến bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Khách phải liên lạc trước với nơi lưu trú để nhận hướng dẫn nhận phòng. Người quản lý sẽ đón tiếp khách tại nơi lưu trú.

What I liked about the property that it was a fully furnished studio by all means.

You have to wait until somebody comes to the front desk if you’re getting there too early, I was scared in that neighborhood but nothing bad happened, as not all the rooms in that building are from the same owner or company you see weird people around. The place was not super clean.

Great location, very helpful and accommodating service.... room was decent size but a little worn out (chairs cushions stained, etc) and the hallway into the unit smelled awful due to other units elsewhere in building, but no smell in the unit itself.

It's a WORST to stay. The pictures posted ON EXPEDIA are entirely different from what the property looks like. The unit WHICH i STAYED AT had bed bugs and insects which bit me ON MY FACE when I was sleeping. I called ambulance at 4 AM and was rushed to nearby hospital. The doctor told that it was an insect/bug bite and gave me anti-histamine to reduce the pain and swelling/infection.
Guys, don't every stay at this property. ALL the units with TORONTO FURNISHED LIVING ARE IN BAD AND PATHETIC CONDITION. The staff is too bad to deal with. They won't respect you and will also give you used blankets if you ask for any extra.

The management was very excellent and more than once was able to assist. I checked in late. And I needed help with the tv. They were willing and able to help very quickly. I highly recommend these guys. 100% satisfied.

A very nice and neat room, even include a kitchen and utensils, the central heating equipment works very well, probably the best choice in downtown since the price is much lower compare to others.

I couldn’t complain about the price, especially being a last minute deal. The room was a small jr studio if that makes sense. Room, double or queen bed, tv, shower/bathroom, fridge and hot plates. If was great for spending a quick night. It’s apartment style so no easy access like regular hotel, I was given a fob to get into the building. Comfortable and quiet stay.

Property is in downtown Toronto. Price is okay for the location. The heating was not working and communication was poor. Slept in my car on the first night at temperature negative 12. The room was changed to a smaller room the next day.
