Prassa 3 Boutique Hotel

I liked this modern design hôtel facing a small flowery park. Very good welcome and service. Bar and restaurant pleasant. comfortable room. You can easily visit on foot around hotel.

Upon check-in I was greeted by Sarina, who made my experience exceptional. She was polite, friendly and accommodating. She was nice enough to tell me about a local Jazz festival that was being held the night I checked in and helped me get tickets as well. Room is modern and sleek in its design. A/C works great, WiFi is fast, bed is comfy and the shower has great pressure and flow. You absolutely can’t go wrong with this hotel. It’s central to city and just blocks away from the beach. Bar is awesome, food is good. You don’t really have to leave. Again, a special thank you to Sarina for making this place even better!

Unbedingt die Mastersuite buchen. Sie liegt oben und sollte einen Blick haben. Die normalen Suiten liegen teilweise im ersten Stock und haben Lärmbelästigung wegen der unterhalb liegenden Bar. Die Zimmer sind neu, das Bad schick mit Walk-in Dusche. Das ganze Haus leider ziemlich hellhörig. Das Frühstück portugiesisch-afrikanisch frugal. Der Service an sich gut. Man hat uns nur downgegradet und uns eine niedrigere Kategorie untergejubelt, ohne uns das offen zu sagen.

Lovely Hotel, obviously really tried to get it right. Only fault was no water pressure in shower and seemed over staffed in restaurant so you were closely watched, not great.

A gem in the heart of Mindelo. The perfect boutique hotel! The decor is breathtaking, the staff are always readily available and so helpful. Clean, pristine, and modern. The bar/restaurant/lounge downstairs is a plus. Food is amazing, and the place is always full of hip, beautiful people. Prassa3 will always be my #1 choice when in Mindelo.

Das Hotel liegt, wie auch alle anderen Hotels in Mindelo, zentral. Zum Hafen sind es ein paar Minuten und in der Umgebung hat es ein paar sehr gute Restaurants (Taverna, Mammamia am Hafen).

Very centrally located hotel with good facilities, breakfast included and restaurant. Perfect to stay in the center.

Good location, very competitive rates and the site is enlightening, this saves the time of those looking for a lodging.

Tok dette hotellet mye på bakgrunn av tidligere anmeldelser. Lurer i ettertid om det var samme hotell vi har vært på?? Hotellet var Ok, men ikke mere. Frokosten var kjip, lite utvalg. Måtte be betjeningen om hele tiden (hver dag) om påfyll når det var tomt, og det gikk tomt veldig fort, både brød, pålegg og smør. Dyrt, fikk lite valuta for pengene. Hadde valgt et annet hotell neste gang. Rengjøring var Ok, Internett dårlig.

I've visited over 70 countries, and this was one of my more disappointing experiences. The hotel bills itself as 4-star and had displayed deceptively good customer reviews prior to my check-in. However, my experience in May 2017 was quite to the contrary. First of all, the wifi is spotty and unreliable. And the TV was unwatchable as its signal went down every other minute. Their breakfast makes you violently ill. The rooms have thin walls... you can hear doors slamming and hallway conversation from different floors. The elevator is slow, and the narrow windy staircase is a bit dangerous to climb. The bathroom shower emitted brown water the first 60 seconds you turn it on -- every time. A/C wasn't working initially at check-in. Hotel employees (especially front desk supervisor, Ariana) were annoying, disrespectful and rude. She talked to me like I was her child! And oh, by the way, they don't permit any guests in your room here, so if you checked in alone then you must remain alone in your cubbyhole at all times. And the vast army of bored staff all stare you down as you enter and leave this hotel to monitor your every movement. Checking into Prassa 3 was a BIG REGRET for this particular world traveler.

Ich habe schon einige Hotels in Mindelo besucht. Das Prassa3 Boutique Hotel ist für mich in der Zukunft die erste Wahl !

The hotel and staff were amazing and made my trip a memorable one.

Hotel is centrally located. Very close to marina. Our room was huge. Very comfortable bed. It had wifi throughout the property. Breakfast was very good. Hotel has a restaurant and bar on site. The room we had faces the square, hence a bit noisy. We did not feel safe walking in Mindelo at night. Too many people out begging during the day and night. Hotel is in a good position with the marina close by and banks across the street where there are guards standing outside.

Rooms are bright and very large. Beds are very comfortable. Hotel has wifi throughout property. The breakfast buffet was great. Hotel staff was helpful but not friendly. Room was not very clean. There are stains on the bathroom walls. Water gets out of shower no matter how careful one is. Hotel layout is a bit strange. While there is a side entrance (exiting), all visitors (entering) go through the bar/restaurant on first floor, which is inconvenient going through the narrow corridor between dinning tables luggage while other guests are having their meals.

Fantastiskt hotel i Mindelo. Läget vid parken och centrum och samtidigt Ok avstånd till hamnen och stranden var helt idealiskt. Rummen är stora och fina och mastersviten vi bokade var jättefin. Bra sängar, bra städat, och jättefin frukost. Sällan man bor på hotel som det inte går att hitta något fel på. Kanske att vissa skulle säga att musikunderhållningen på kvällen, kan vara störande, men det var ju i mitt tycke en fördel, då det livar upp. Det är ju samtidigt en av de mer populära barena i Mindelo så för mig bara en fördel att bo så nära.

Rigtig godt hotel, især i fohold til andre hoteller vi har været på i Kap Verde. Stort værelse, wifi, god morgenmad, live musik to aftener, central beliggenhed i Mindelo.
