Morrena Lodge

Breakfast was ok, plenty of bread and various sweet spreads, scrambled egg was brought out in a china bowl and left on the side so got cold quickly. There was a yoghurt and fruit option but I would say the breakfast was very basic and not the greatest quality.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Great view, quite new and clean. I also like the design style.

A equipe foi maravilhosa, as pessoas que trabalham lá são incríveis, não tenho do que falar… mas o preço pela entrega não vale a pena! A cama é desconfortável, o banheiro com chuveiro ruim, o quarto estava com cheiro de mofo… a única parte boa é a localização e os funcionários…. Mas é melhor pegar outros hotéis dentro do parque, pelo preço valem mais! O café da manhã tbm é ótimo, mas o conforto não… muito caro pela pouca entrega

Amazing property, maintained well given the location. Staff were great and hospitable. Nicolas at the front desk provided some good tips about the area. Breakfast had good nutritious meal. Can’t ask for more in that area.

L’hôtel aurait pu faire l’effort de rassembler nos deux lits en un king size bed! L’explication étant que comme nous n’avions pas de chambre superior, ce n’etait pas possible. Un peu léger pour une chambre à 300€ la nuit!!!!!

It is an amazing property taking into consideration the location. Don’t expect the same accommodation than in a major city. The personal is extremely helpful and for me it is the most important thing when you are close to the end of the world 😁

Staff was 10/10 especially Valentina who was so warm, welcoming, and had great tips for what to do in the area. The perfect foot to start our trip off on. The rooms and building are beautifully furnished and there is access to the river just a few feet away from the property with the most stunning views. Definitely got us excited for our first day in Torres del Paine!

Valentina at the front desk was fantastic. She was super welcoming, gave us updates on weather and went above and beyond on answering questions. I had a question earlier in the morning that she did not know the answer to. Most people would have just let it go. Valentina got the answer for me later that morning and sent it to me via Whats App! The hotel serves breakfast and dinner, but not lunch. That was ok since we were out in the middle of the day. My only complaint was the wi-fi. It worked fine in the main building, but our room was at the far end of the hotel, so we could not get a signal. They have an upstairs lounge above the front desk with couches you could sit at and get a good wi-fi signal. But it almost always had people. Plus we like to be in the comfort of our own room. I’m not sure if this is the practice for all hotels in the area or just the limit of the types of routers available around here, because our hotel in Puerto Natales had the same issue. Seems that if you know you are in a region with very spotty to no cell signal, you could invest in a more robust wi-fi system. I did read that a lot of hotels/refugios have the same issue. Other than that, hotel was comfortable and clean. Heaters worked very well. You can see the Horns from the hotel which was cool.

its a perfect location, not to big, very friendly and helpful staff, the room very nice, very clean. The meals are more than excellent ! The gluten-free option were various and the gluten-free bread a dream ! Thank you to Morrena Lodge - it was great !

The room is nice with decent size for 4 adults. The whole hotel is really nice. Nicer than I see in the pictures. I am so glad to stay here.

Thank you Morrena Team, Denise and her team have given us a very warmth hospitality during our stay. The room is clean and comfortable. They provide lunch box and dinner service which is very convenient for us to do a day of Torres de Paine without hunger. We checked in late at almost 11pm due to lago grey excursion and got the tier problem. Denise gave us informative details for solving our problems next day. We had a pleasant stay in Morrena. Highly recommended for those who want to experience Patagonia national park with a warmth welcome and effortless stay.

I cannot thank the wonderful staff of Morrena Lodge enough for helping coordinate our efforts to reach the Lodge the day we were scheduled to arrive despite a flight disruption, especially Javiera, Valentina and Francisca. You run a simply world class operation and have everything a visitor would need to enjoy the natural treasure that is Torres del Paine. Thank you again and God Bless!

Staff is nice

Eenvoudige kamers, zeker in relatie tot het tarief. Niet echt gastvrije medewerkers aan de receptie, keuken is prima, medewerkers ontbijt vriendelijk. Iets meer pro actieve service zou je verwachten. Geen lobby, of Bar. Alleen restaurant..

Arrived late, told our dinner reservation wasn't recieved so we would have to go elsewhere. There were limited options, maybe one. Low and behold, when we got wifi service we saw that our booking had been confirmed earlier in the day. We got dinner. We didn't get the room we booked. Next morning, no water, at all. Eventually dirty water came through. Asked to be moved, we were moved to a lovely room but the shower was clogged. Breakfast was hit and miss, some days great, other days minimal. The grounds are spectacular but the staff seemed very unhappy, even though most of them were so lovely.
