Teclados Hotel

Tenía un poco de susto por las fotos del exterior pero el hotel está súper bien, lo único que no se menciona en la descripción es que no cuenta con ascensor pero el personal del hotel me ayudó a subir y a bajar con mis maletas! Desayuno simples pero bien completo (frutas, panes, yogur, huevos)

A great experience. Hotel is located in a quiet street and within walking distance of a large shopping mall. Staff helpful and great breakfast. Room amenities were also very good. Only one thing to be aware: the absence of elevator/escalator may make things more difficult if one's room is located on the upper floor, as was my case. Other than that, staty was just perfect.

Hotel de excelente localização. Perto dos principais pontos de Providência a pé. Quarto limpo, café honesto e equipe que atendeu bem.

Localização espetacular. O estilo das acomodações traz um ar sóbrio, quase um cenário de filme europeu, com direito à poltrona de Freud. O café da manhã é gostosamente especial, singelo e adequado so clima e à possibilidade de gastar energia depois. Equipe atenciosa, dedicada. Foi um grande surpresa este hotel!

Stayed here twice during my time in Chile and can’t speak highly enough of the staff who were so friendly and welcoming. Remembered my name when I returned for the second time at the end of my trip! Special mention to Alvaro on reception who, when I was stressing about the airport transfer I’d booked not arriving, not only tracked it on his computer but also waited outside with me and my luggage when it was close. Location is good, short walk to Cerro San Cristobel cable car and is also just across the road from the Sky Costanero. Hotel is still very quiet though so I slept well. Delicious buffet breakfast with a good selection too. Would recommend to other solo travellers and will return!

Nice property. Very clean. Breakfast so so. Parking good. Staff excellent. Getting olde gracefully.

Café da manhã completo, equipe atenciosa, voltaria nesse hotel. Localização execelente. Bem em frente ao Costaneira.

Buena disposición para cambiar habitación, ya que la primera que nos asignaron se escuchaba todo el ruido y movimiento de la cocina. Segunda habitación, maravillosa. Ojo, no hay ascensor.

Habitaciones algo anticuadas, A/C débil, camas que hacen mucho mucho ruido y toallas de baño necesitan cambio urgente. Por el precio no está mal ya que la ubicación es muy buena y segura. El desayuno es muy básico pero buena calidad. El staff muy amable y excelente restaurante.

Não tenho o que reclamar. O quarto estava disponível antes do horário. A equipe é toda simpática. O wifi funcionava bem. Ambiente calmo e limpo. Café da manhã variado. A única coisa que eu diria para melhorar seria o ar condicionado que frequentemente não atingia a temperatura escolhida.

Sehr gute Lage, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit einem zweiten Ausgang zu einer Hauptstraße, in der Umgebung gute Verkehrsanbindung und auch ein großes Angebot an Gastronomie, Nähe zur Seilbahn. Sehr guter Service am Front desk, ein für mich sehr gutes Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Danke.

Nos dieron a medias la informacion del desayuno, solo nos dieron los horarios del fin de semana y cuando quisimos desayunar el lunes ya era otros horarios...por lo demas todo bien

Excelente opción súper cerca de cerco costanera que es un excelente e interesante mall así mismo se encuentra ahí el sky costanera la mejor vista de la ciudad y Los Andes nevados !!!! Muy cerca también de metro línea 1 que te lleva prácticamente a todos los lugares turísticos de Santiago

Perfect location right across the highway & River from La Torre Constanera & fabulous shops & restaurants. Staff is very attentive & rooms are very very without having to be in Sheraton, Hilton etc. Breakfast provided is also very nice. We stayed twice with trip to Mendoza, Argentina in between. Both times really nice stay - Heartily recommend them. One heads-up - no elevador but staff available to help you with luggage.
