硬體不行！連床頭充電的地方充電器都插不上去，還會有火花出現。 軟體打掃非常不行。 這是本人住過所有五星級飯店最爛的一家！

Good hotel with a kind staff. The only problem is that NO ONE speaks english......not even a basic one

Despite a challenging check-in experience, the staff at Conrad Beijing did their best to make up for it, including offering us an upgrade, which was a thoughtful gesture. Most importantly, our stay was made truly excellent thanks to Dimita, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our visit. She assisted us with so many things and was an invaluable resource. We greatly appreciated her outstanding guest service and warm hospitality.

The menu in the lounge needs some improvement . The services are ok but the quality lacks behind other 5 star . The rooms are tired looking . The sink has a big crack on it . The carpet , table tops & many areas need replacing

Everything you expect from an international five star hotel. That’s quite remarkable in China, where, until recently, language barriers

For the price, it’s nothing memorable. The lighting system in the room was horrible. You cannot control individual lights. Either all on or all off. Bad!

great building, but location was very good. eith typical beijin traffic, it takes long to get to tourist area. staff very friendly

Está muy bonito el hotel, es un hotel tipo ejecutivo, muy limpio y la atención es muy buena, solo es un poquito viejo el hotel y le hace un poco más de variedad en el desayuno. Por todo lo demás lo recomiendo, aaahh y también está muy céntrico de plazas, lugares turísticos y encuentras de todo en esa zona.

베이징 콘래드에서 2박했는데 호텔이 조금 오래된 느낌은 있었지만 전반적으로 관리가 아주 잘된 호텔이었어요. 조식도 아주 맘에 들었습니다. 하지만 단 하나!! 호텔에서 마주친 모든 직원이 영어를 못했습니다. 조식 레스토랑과 식음업장 직원은 그렇다치고 프론트 데스크 직원 또한 영어를 못했고 오히려 우리에게 중국말을 했어요. 의사소통에 어려움이 있어 체크인때 1시간은 걸린거같습니다. 베이징 호텔 어디에 머물지 고민하신다면 영어가 가능한지 정도는 체크하고 호텔을 선택하시는게 좋을거같습니다. 제 방문의사 없습니다.

Very nice 5* Hotel in the business district in Beijing. Very nice pool area and fitness room. Big breakfast buffet with Chinese and Western food. Got a very competent and English speaking guy at the reception who helped us with several things. Would love to come back

Good hotel, close to Sanlitun; However, the room is a little outdated.

この前に泊まったホテルからの移動のため、12時ぐらいに到着して荷物だけ預かってもらおうと思っていました。ところが時間前にもかかわらずチェックインすることができ、観光に時間を有効に使うことができ、大変助かりました。筋トレが日課なので、ここのジムは、すべてテクノマシン。キネシスまであってびっくりしました。筋トレしている方はぜひ来てもらいたいトレーニングジムです。プールも綺麗でとても良かったです。

Great place

Excellent - everything was perfect except language barrier was a slight problem at first. The next morning we met a staff that spoke very good english and showed us how to go about China. Other staff can speak aa little bit of English but you would need a translator app. The rooms are huge, stayed in a city view room. Access to tourist destinations in Beijing is very cheap via taxi from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

Enjoyed our stay Very Good hotel with staff who go above and beyond to help. I would like to mention James at reception who helped us on our first day to get a local sim for our mobile. He called to check their opening hours and then got a taxi for us. I don’t remember names of people at concierge desk who helped us arrange for a car & driver to go to the Great Wall. They were all brilliant. Rooms were clean, spacious with coffee & tea facilities and plenty of mineral water provided daily. Restaurant provides an excellent service and food was good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

5 star installations but the room furniture was not in its prime. Staff attention was average and not for a 5 star hotel.
