Hotel Llano Grande Airport

Excelente amabilidad del personal.

Realmente el hotel es muy cómodo pero muy cerca de sitios ruidosos se escucha mucho en la habitación dónde estuve lo demás no tengo quejas

Upon arrival the desk agent told us the room we booked was not available so he had to separate us 3 girls. He was charging men to smoke and it was such a sketchy environment. We left

DO NOT stay here! The listing for this property is very misleading. First off, when we arrived, we were told that we did not have a reservation. The front desk guy was anything but pleasant or accommodating. He asked to see the reservation and what I had paid for the night. He even asked me to show him my bank account! (At this point, I felt as if I was being scammed.) He did not believe me even after showing him the two emails. He did not offer to help find the reservation. My finace and I had to take it upon ourselves to make phone calls to get the situation rectified. We eventually got a room. This place is NOT close to the airport. This place does NOT offer shuttle service AT ALL. We had to take an expensive Uber ride to the airport. The "free" toiletries are soap dispensers on the wall, including in the shower. Nothing else. The room was VERY small. The facility was clean but it varied from being "modern" to outdated. The beds were moderately comfortable. The shower head was meh. Strong pressure but the shower head was not the best. I honestly would not stay there again. This is the first time that I have ever had any issues with hotels.com and a stay.

The staff was not helpful in finding things to do. No room service. Breakfast was terrible. No parking at the hotel. Had to park on the street which is not very safe. Bathroom sink was cracked and we reported it and they said be that because it was not leaking that they wouldn’t do anything. Shower wouldn’t drain. Waited like 5 hours for clean towels. The keys to the room would not work and kept going back to the front desk to get them reactivated. Pool was a tarp in it which is gross instead of tiles.

When I arrived at the hotel at midnight I had no reservation, therefore at that time I had to look for a new expensive option to expend the night

La habitación es cómoda y silenciosa lo único a mejorar sería el baño ya que cuando te duchas el agua se sale a pesar de que la puerta de la ducha se encuentra cerrada,

The staff were great. It is the most affordable option near the airport and the breakfast was quite good! The mall and Carulla are just a block or two away and there are many very good restaurant options nearby. For the price it is an excellent value.

Henkilökunta ei osannut englantia vaikka kyseessä lentokenttä hotelli, huoneet oli siistit mutta erittäin ummehtunut haju sekä jokaisen liikkeen ja äänen muualta pystyi kuulemaan. Huone oli erittäin pelkistetty ja ei kauhean viihtyisä muutakin yhden yön majoitukseen. Plussaa oli vieressä sijaitsevat ravintolat ja palvelut.
