Great location and everything you need. Very clean and basic accommodation. Was only a 5 min walk from ferry and lots of restaurants around.

Our 2-night stay at Apartments and Rooms Katja & Egon was wonderful. The apartment was clean, thoughtfully furnished with cosy touches, and equipped with A/C to provide a refreshing breeze when needed.
What truly made our stay special was our host Katija. She welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. When our ferry to Split was delayed, she was incredibly flexible, allowing us a later check-out and to leave our luggage safely, so we could enjoy our extra time in Korčula completely worry-free.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Old Town, ferry port, and plenty of charming cafés, restaurants, and shops. The apartment also offers beautiful views of the rooftops, marina, nearby islands, and the sparkling blue sea.
I highly recommend Apartments and Rooms Katja & Egon to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Korčula.

- Thuế do thành phố quy định: Từ 1 Tháng Mười - 31 Tháng Ba, 1.40 EUR mỗi người, mỗi đêm với người lớn; 0.70 EUR mỗi đêm với khách từ 12-17 tuổi. Thuế này không áp dụng cho trẻ dưới 12 tuổi.
- Thuế do thành phố quy định: Từ 1 Tháng Tư - 30 Tháng Chín, 1.90 EUR mỗi người, mỗi đêm với người lớn; 0.95 EUR mỗi đêm với khách từ 12-17 tuổi. Thuế này không áp dụng cho trẻ dưới 12 tuổi.

- Có thể thu phí thêm người với mức phí khác nhau, tùy chính sách riêng
- Có thể cần giấy tờ tùy thân hợp pháp có ảnh và cần đặt cọc bằng thẻ tín dụng, thẻ ghi nợ hoặc tiền mặt (cho các chi phí phát sinh - nếu có) khi làm thủ tục nhận phòng
- Tùy thuộc vào tình hình thực tế khi nhận phòng mà các yêu cầu đặc biệt có được đáp ứng hay không và có thể thu phụ phí. Không đảm bảo đáp ứng mọi yêu cầu đặc biệt
- Khách phải liên lạc trước với nơi lưu trú để đặt nôi (cũi)/giường cho trẻ sơ sinh và chỗ đậu xe trong khuôn viên
- Nơi lưu trú này nhận thanh toán bằng tiền mặt
- Trang thiết bị an toàn tại nơi lưu trú bao gồm bình cứu hỏa và hộp sơ cứu
Nơi lưu trú này không có quầy tiếp tân. Để sắp xếp nhận phòng, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú tối thiểu 24 giờ trước khi đến bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Khách phải liên lạc trước với nơi lưu trú để nhận hướng dẫn nhận phòng.

the room was clean. the bed was comfortable. there was a double level suitcase stand which made it easy to store and access our suitcase and backpack. the location is so close to the ferry port! unfortunately, the shower was only had a hand held sprayer with no way to mount it on the wall. katja was very kind --she even gave us homemade treats! one warning --there are a lot of stairs to get to the room ( i thought tthat by not booking an attic room, it would be only one flight of stairs.)

This is an exceptional property at a very reasonable price. You are less than a 5-min walk from the ferry terminal and a similar distance to old-town Korčula. Katija welcomed us on the steps of the building as we arrived. The rooms were a perfect size – VERY clean and comfortable, fridge in the room, and an A/C that worked WONDERFULLY (it was over 90F/32C every day) yet was not at all noisy, Surrounding area was quiet with zero crowd/street noise. Old-town Korčula was easy to get to and explore – bring good hiking shoes. MANY excellent restaurant choices, though reservations are a must at the best ones. There are 3-4 breakfast options less than 50 meters away from property. If/when I come back, I will stay there again as it was a perfect 4 days. I highly recommend it!

this is my favorite airbnb/ accommodation that i’ve ever stayed at. from asking when im arriving and waiting outside to ensure a simple check in, to giving me suggestions on activities, saying hi when i see her in the morning, letting me check out an hour later since it was raining, to even letting me put my back pack in her apartment after check out and letting me borrow her umbrella up until i walked on the ferry, i’ve NEVER felt cared for like that by a host. she’s the kind of host that makes your experience 10x better, and im so grateful for that. can’t wait to stay with her again next year!!!

The apartment was very convenient for all amenities, a short walk from bus station, water taxis, and the ferry. We had everything we needed in the apartment and Katija was very helpful and supportive. Would highly recommend

Must have had the wrong scale on my map as I thought it was further away from port than it was. I read that the hos had greeted people off ferry and i dialogues with her beforehand but no one met us and we spend a panicking 30 mins walking li no tgrough town in heat with our luggage. Not their fault but bad start to lovely stay in very central and handy location. Clean as could be. Great.

The location was perfect and the apartment was so cute! The view was amazing. Katja was so friendly and helpful. We really recommend this stay if you go to Korcula. The beaches/port and restaurants are all super close!
