From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly, smiling, and attentive staff who were always available on WhatsApp for any questions. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old Town.
Our room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was equally roomy, and the cozy décor made us feel right at home every time we returned. One of the highlights was the small balcony attached to our room — it truly was the cherry on top! Enjoying breakfast there, surrounded by the beautiful old town architecture, made our stay even more special.
As if the experience wasn't already perfect, the host surprised me with a bottle of homemade wine as a birthday gift! I have no idea how they knew, but this thoughtful gesture exceeded all expectations. It was such a lovely touch.
I also really appreciated the convenience of being able to leave our luggage after checkout — a small but meaningful perk.
If I were to offer any small piece of advice, it would be about the noise. You can hear footsteps and conversations from neighboring rooms, which might be a consideration for light sleepers. Additionally, there are several steps to climb to reach the house and the rooms, which could be a challenge for those with mobility concerns. For us, neither of these things were an issue, but it's worth noting.
Overall, this is an absolutely amazing place to stay in Dubrovnik — we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Loved this place! Everything was wonderful. Great communication & they even coordinated transportation from the airport to the room. They had someone meet us at the Ploce gate to walk us to the room. It was tucked away and very quiet, but still right there in the heart of Old Town. We will definitely be staying there again!

This is a little jewel in the Old Town. The rooms are attractively renovated and the location is ideal for exploring. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, who arranged transfers from the airport and to the port, helped with suitcases on the steep walk, and generously shared their love and knowledge of Dubrovnik.

Beautiful historic property. Very safe at Old Dubrovnik town. Dining nice. Stairs will kill you, i was just out of surgery learning to walk again, imagine my surprise when i saw over 100 stairs to climb in the rain 😬 owner was VERY nice!

Helt fantastisk. Ble hentet av eieren på flyplassen. Det var gull verdt. Kan nemlig ikke kjøre inn i gamlebyen. Han loset oss trygt til leiligheten. Anbefalles på det varmeste å benytte seg av transport tilbudt fra huseier.

This was the cutest room ever. Very cozy and comfortable with a good bathroom and amazing views. I absolutely love how well it was decorated and how soft it just felt. I do wish there was a little less mold around the window frames and above the shower. I'm in a sensitive group for mold and was very concerned. However, it didn't cause any issues and I would still book the same room on a future return trip.

Dubrovnik Sweet House was a fantastic location centrally located in the Old Town and very close to just about everything you would want to see in Dubrovnik. The room was very nice and comfortable but note that there are a lot of stairs to get to it but the owner met us before we got to the Old Town gate and walked us up to the room which was very helpful. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Sweet House in Dubrovnik offers a lovely and charming room, perfect for a comfortable stay. However, be prepared for a bit of a climb, as there are a lot of stairs to reach the property. The only downside was some noise from guests in the room above. Despite this, the owner was extremely attentive and helpful, especially when we had trouble with the air conditioning. Overall, a pleasant experience with minor inconveniences.

Had a lovely four-night stay at Dubrovnik Sweet House in Room 2 (there are 3 in total). The room was very pretty with original features such as shuttered windows & a mezzanine with a view. Bathroom was modern, air conditioning was efficient & everything was spotless. The accommodation was close to all the main tourist sites (no more than a 5-10 minute walk to reach any of them). Would heartily recommend, but be prepared for lots of stairs everywhere in Dubrovnik, but also to reach this property.

This was the cutest room ever. Very cozy and comfortable with a good bathroom and amazing views. I absolutely love how well it was decorated and how soft it just felt.
