Sun Hall Hotel

I WAS WORRIED BEFORE COMING AS SEEN SOME REALLY BAD REVIEWS They looked like genuine bad reviews but looks at some of the highest brands and they have bad reviews. In conclusion. The room was clean good and modern ( some reviews said the rooms were old ) The reception staff are let's say neutral but understand how stressful it can be to stand at the reception and have to deal with every single complaint including holidays booked on websites that have nothing to do with the hotel. There is one nationality that can be extremely aggressive and are not liked in the tourist industry and they'll have to put up with that as well. All other staff were friendly and the most BEAUTIFUL staff were the 3 waitresses that worked at the entrance and served dinner. As we had half board that includes dinner we ate every night there. These waitresses were like angels they were completely little sweeties that had one goal to serve you and make sure every last detail was correct. They would do anything to make sure the customer was happy. They were always smiling and positive. You could not get better service at the Hilton hotel.... Lovely lovely staff. I was happy with the very clea and modern rooms. 2 shower attachment. One in the ceiling and the other on a hose. A good safe. Coming from London all my life I have grown up with Cypriots and coming to Cyprus made me remember what little sweeties cypriots people can be. Love to the sun hall hotel

The desk staff was very nice and helpful. They helped us find an outstanding restaurant and were very helpful in the check in process and storing luggage. The room was excellent. It was bright, cheery with a partial sea view even though it was advertised as only a city view. The room was actually better than the pictures show.
