The hotel was in a very good location the main lift was a bit slow the bar had run out of crossiants on the morning we came down for breakfast. The room would have benefitted from a hoover and a bath mat

Ganske udemærket rent værelse og tilhørende badeværelse.

Et fint sted med gode aktiviteter og hjælpsomt personale, men rengøring af selve toiletkummen oppe under kanten var mildest talt for dårlig, og toiletbrættet faldt af. Det gjorde vi opmærksom på i receptionen.

Ganske fint til prisen. Rengøringen kunne være bedre og det er lidt irriterende at der ikke er håndklæde/papirservietter til at tørre fingre med på værelset. Ellers ligger det super centralt og har en god vibe.

We booked a room with two single beds and own bathroom, hence I expected a decent standard level, though it’s a low budget place. The room was really warm, and it was not possible to air out, curtains was dirty, the bed should have been retired 7 years ago, since the comfort was gone and it was screaming for dear life, at any turn. Besides above the staff was really friendly, serviceminded and helpful. The place is located very well, and it’s easy to check in and out.

Alt var fint, bortset fra sengen som var for kort.

Very good location. Small clean room. Breakfast is worth the price. Ask for a room on the side of the yard since the sun warms up the street side on the morning.

Praktisch, pragmatisch, gut zu erreichen, zentral gelegen, Zimmer zur Terrasse hin abends aber laut, Oropax zu empfehlen.

Dirty dirty dirty .... from the moment you walk in .... both elevators are filthy and havent been mopped out for months ... the carpets in the halls are disgusting and do not even seem to be vacuumed daily .... the room was serviced in 30 seconds by a person emptying the trash and flushing the toilet .... no cleaning of the toilet area or mopping out the shower .... no towel, no soap in shower, no free luggage storage .... this place charges for everything and doesnt even spend money on cleaning.... they just figure young people wont care and they pocket the extra profits ... worst hostel i have stayed at for a long time .... will avoid their company wherever i go.

The location closer to the sea was really good.

J'ai trouvé que le matelas était assez dur. Je penses que les douches manquaient d êtres arées pour avoir plus de fraîcheur. A part çà, je les ai trouvés propres.

Wonderful hostel. Clean, friendly, cheap for Copenhagen, and good vibes all around. The biggest perk is the location. Very walkable to any area you could want to go or the metro/buses. Absolutely would recommend.

Perfekt läge och budgetvänligt pris, men man får det man betalar för. Hårda obekväma sängar, trist skick i badrum och gemensamma ytor/trapphus, ingen AC på rummet (bordsfläkt fanns dock) och fönstren går bara att ställa lite på glänt så nätterna blir obekvämt varma. Det går heller inte att sova med öppna fönster eftersom det är stökigt på gatan nedanför, med fulla högljudda människor och avlastning till matbutiken mittemot. Man hör även hög musik från baren på hotellet in till rummet, särskilt på fredagar/lördagar då de håller öppet sent. Ingen städning eller byte av handdukar/lakan om man inte specifikt ber om det. Man får bara en handduk per person, inga mindre hand-handdukar eller badrumsmatta. Hela badrummet blir blött när man duschar eftersom att duschdraperiet är för kort och lämnar en glipa. Bagageförvaring finns i form av skåp man får hyra till en extra avgift, och där man endast kan välja att hyra i 1, 6, eller 24 timmar, vilket blir mindre smidigt om man behöver en annan hyreslängd. Ändå helt okej om man vill komma undan så billigt som möjligt, läget är oslagbart!

We flew for more than 10 hours and finally arrived in this hotel. We were given the room with two bunk beds. I remember I reserved and paid for one full bed and one bunk bed. Since there is no phone in the room, we have to go back to the front desk to ask about the reason. They found out that in Expedia it was reserved as one full bed and one bunk bed. However, it was showed in their system that only two bunk beds room was reserved. They guess there must be glitch between the two systems, which the hotel and Expedia need to solve. Unfortunately, there is no room with full bed available that day. So we agree to keep the current room. Hotel is good to give us two days breakfast and some shampoo, conditioner as compensation. At least, it makes us feel better after long flight. However, we still hope Expedia can follow up on this issue. It did bring inconvenience for us.

There is nothing good about this hotel except its location. There is no air conditioning, what is the point of opening all the curtains and windows and making the room 50 degrees inside. You can get old waiting for the elevator, and when you get in, you can feel swaying and in danger of falling at any moment. Consider yourself lucky if the light in your room is on. A place that does not deserve the money you give in terms of cleanliness.

Ingen AC eller luftkonditionering på rummet så de var nästan 30 grader på rummet. Det saknades gardiner för mörkläggning. Hissen lät som att den skulle ha bytts ut för minst 30 år sedan
