Sängar lite åt det mjuka hållet men ett par nätter funkade för mig.
WiFi finns. TV-funktion finns endast för Chromecast vilket fungerade för oss men kan säkert ställa till det för andra.
Avsaknad av air-condition vållade inget problem för oss då vi hade inte hade sommarhetta. Propeller i taket fanns i rummet som alternativ.

Terrible relationship between price and quality. It is a 3 star hotel, not 4. Rooms lack a lot of details: no glasses, no safety box, no desk, elevator is terrible. Breakfast is basic. The best is the argentine staff, they are super friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable. Very nice staff. As with other Copenhahen stays, expensive and no complimentary breakfast or even coffee, tea, no refrigerator, microwave. Just makes traveling more expensive and less convenient/ economical and ecological.

Toalett dörren stängdes med en dörrstopp , det blev inte helt stängt om man vill vara privat i badrummet.

Helt greit hotell. Lite rom, ganske så lytt fra badet til resten av rommet. Beliggenheten trekker opp. Vi kom kjørende med bil men når vi kommer får vi beskjed om at de ikke har parkering til oss. Vi må dermed parkere langt unna, mye dyrere enn planlagt.

Good location and good staff. Most local places are walkable from here. Nice courtyard. Area adjacent to the lobby has a bar and several board games.
The rest was sadly not as good. The rooms are tiny. Our room did not have a table or chair (no space). No space for more than one suitcase. No tea/coffee facilities in room. No iron / ironing board. The toilet door is effectively just a pane of glass and doesn’t lock.
Fine if just for business and an overnight sleep. Not so good if planning to spend time in the room.

Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately not great. The bed was advertised as a queen, but it was barely more than a single—definitely not big enough for two people to sleep comfortably.
The room also had no air conditioning, just a small fan. We were placed on the ground floor with a window facing the garden. Because of the heat, we had to sleep with the window open, but guests were outside shouting and making noise throughout the night. We ended up calling the reception, and to their credit, they did ask the guests to go inside. However, this kind of disturbance should really be monitored and addressed by staff proactively—not only when guests complain.
Adding to the issue, the staff themselves were noisy, moving things around on squeaky carts in the middle of the night. All in all, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating stay

First of all the location was great in regards resturants, shopping, and accessing the sights we wanted to see by foot. It was a relatively short walk from the train station and to Tivoli Gardens. Functionally, the pluses were a big comfortable bed, good water pressure with plenty of hot water, and a quick response elevator. The staff were very helpful and pleasant! On balance, the rooms were fairly small with limited space for luggage. The lack of AC made it important to keep a window open. If you are sensitive to a lot of street noise this might be a drawback. Also I would have liked a safe in the room.
