Great location on the beach. Lots of activities on the resort and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Loved the continuous ZEN like music playing on the property. Loved the entertainment.

The beach was the best we have seen at Punta Cana. The resort kept it clean. Our concierge Emanuel was very attentive and checked on us often. Wanda at the Preffered pool bar was very sweet, and happy to see us. Would go back.

I have so many great things to say about this resort!! This was our second time visiting and we had a blast both times. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, but to my family, it is truly the staff that made our vacation so wonderful! Lionel the Crazy Driver was our favorite!! His energy and kindness made us feel so at home. We tried to request him every time we needed a shuttle as he was interactive with our two year old Theo. At the end of our trip Theo kept asking us, “where is our Crazy Driver?” Lionel is a great person and made our trip so so so much fun. His personality will take him far at this resort, he is meant for great things. We hope to see him again next year when we return. Thank you again Crazy Driver!! We also wanted to mention Jency, he is a bartender outside of the Portofino restaurant. He is awesome! He was so kind to our family and our 2 year old also loved being around him! Jency’s personality, just like Lionel’s is meant for great things, I could see him in a butler role in no time. Jose was our butler and I highly recommend him!! He was so kind to us and checked in with us often. He had our room set up with tons of balloons when we arrived as it was our son’s second birthday and that made us feel so special. Paola works at Portofino and was so sweet to our two year old. We really bonded with her and appreciated her service. I could just go on and on about the staff. Everyone that we met made us feel welcome.

Great stay

Restaurants were excellent. Buffets were small but had what I needed. Whether at the pool, the beach or any time sitting around, there was always a staff person there to ask if we needed anything. Concierge, Billy, was a gentleman and pleasure to deal with.

First time staying at an all-inclusive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean. The small waterpark was a lot of fun for both adult and kids. Being right next to the beach was easy and accessible. The drinks were delicious. Food was okay. Plenty of areas to relax. The beach party was a lot of fun.

Friendliness of staff

Dreams is an absolutely amazing resort with a wonderfully trained staff who is there to make your dreams come true. Every inch of the resort is immaculate and maintained to the highest standards. The food is beautifully and artfully displayed. Steve is trained, it appears, to greet you with a smile and a warm hello. Shuttle carry you to the various areas of the resort on a regular schedule. You really have to wait more than five or 10 minutes. There is a different show every night performed by professional level, dancers, singers, and circus performers. There is also a magic show. This is truly a luxury level resort.

Amazing property. Staff were great. Roberto took great care of us. Will definitely visit again!

Beautiful property with all the amenities you could need and would expect from an all inclusive. Food was decent, could use some improvements.

Let’s start with customer services very good, Anemeties pichachu , Wandell, Tony, Oscar ,Eliza best team and great hospitality. Another 10 for the pool bar guys Albert ,David,Kelvin also very good service!!!( We didn’t like that the club and music because it’s only for certain classy people and when you come to the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 it should be music for everyone Including Latinos .

We really enjoyed the feel of the place. It was very relaxing which is what we enjoyed the most. The private swim up and cabana were very much enjoyed. There were two employees that were particularly amazing, Isaa the bartender in the preffered club lobby and Marcelo our concierge. Isaa was just so pleasant to be around and made very amazing drinks for us. He was really great! Honestly we arent sure what we would have done without Marcelo. He went above and beyond with everything! He told us he would take care of anything we needed and he really did. He made things so easy for us. Thankyou Marcelo! We will see you again!
