Views are beautiful. Staff very helpful. Very quiet. Only one umbrella around pool. Tasty food in restaurant but no wine & there is a corkage fee. Condo needs an update. Washer/dryer not working. No toaster or hair dryer. Other minor items. Staff try to help.

Excellent place to relax. Good views and food. Only negative that your balcony is close to your neighbors and there is no privacy. Other than that everything was great.

Good customer service. No dining options. We had lunch at restaurant and food was terrible. The apartment we stayed had several issues: A/C leaking, there was not hot water in one of the bathrooms. Eventough these issues were resolved it is very unpleasent to arrive at the apartment and found all those issues. The premises were lack of maintenance.

Staff was really nice I recently stayed at your hotel and experienced a delay of 2 hours at check-in before I could access my room the hotel was having issues with the WiFi and can’t see my reservation. This property was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The pools were clean. The food was wonderful and a good price. We were hungry late at night and they delivered food to us in the room at no additional cost. They put us in a corner suite on the 3rd floor. Panoramic view of the ocean. Gorgeous. Quiet. Clean. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom shower was impeccable. Hot water. Good water pressure. Modern. Soap, shampoo, conditioner. I was very satisfied and will definitely be coming back.

- La propiedad esta muy descuidada, - Los apartamentos sucios y hay cucarachas, - No nos limpiaron el apartamento aduciendo que nuestra estancia era solo de 2 dias a pesar que por telefono nos confirmaron que si lo harian. Cuando pedimos esa limpieza nos dijo el jefe de seguridad que el coste adicional para esta limpieza era de 25 USD, a lo cual nos negamos. - La playa esta sucia y las hamacas en un estado lamentable.

The property looks like it was an amazing place to stay in the distant past. It needs work. There were many issues with the unit I was given and had to be moved to a new unit 3 days later after trying to tell the right people the issues. This property is located on the side of a cliff, which makes for great views but you will also be walking very steep paths to the beach area and common areas to get to them. I do not recommend staying at this location if you do not have transportation. There is no uber service and taxi service was the most expensive of any country I've stayed for some reason. There are limited places to eat and purchase food from so make sure to come very prepared if you choose to stay at this property.

This location is absolute perfection! The view is just outstanding even during cloudy days. The staff is helpful and friendly. There are security guards all around the property which made us feel real safe. They also got mangoes and coconuts for us all for free. The buildings, as stated by other reviewers, could use a little maintenance but that would not stop me from visiting again. Dinner at their restaurant was ok but breakfast was good. We really enjoyed the walk to the beach (a workout) but well worth it and all the vegetation throughout the property. Lovely place. It's only twenty minutes from Las Galeras beach and it's a beautiful drive. Lots of restaurants in that area as well.

Una propiedad con muy buena localización, nos sentimos muy seguros y bien atendidos. De destacar a la srta Carla de la recepción y en el area del bar y restaurante a Fernando de Leon y el otro señor que ahora desgraciadamente no recuerdo el nombre. El manager también muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Si regresamos a Samana por seguro nos hospedaremos ahi otra vez

The location of the property is amazing. Views are amazing. But the property needs maintenance. When arrived LOCKS DID NOT WORK. Washer mashing did not work A/C in the living room was leaking lots of water. JACUZI was NOT working. You can tell the property has seen better days. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING, TRYING to solve all the problems we had with the 4 bedrooms apartment Lots of stairs, (not good for heavy luggage) but they sent people to help us to carry our luggage upstairs.
