The studio was clean, Mahmoud is the best he made check-in easy and fast, you will find everything you need, all the equipment is new and Azzurra is the perfect place to relax.

Summer time stay preferred, Thanks to Mr Mahmoud and property manager for the understanding and accommodating our need for room change , i would say its the best reception ever. The weather that time was much cold that we are unable to use the swimming pool. Place is wonderful with nice views. And safe which is most important. Appreciate that property- coming soon maybe in summer time

The served its purpose. Not exactly on the beach but the hotel offers a shuttle to the beach for 30 EPD. It’s a great escape the property is tucked a away with views of the Red Sea.

Pleasantly surprised. Beautiful area, very comfortable and clean rooms with everything you need in the rooms. They are spacious with stunning views of the sea, quiet and pools for you to use. Perfect place to wind down and relax.

Lovely and well-furnished one bedroom apartment in a beautiful complex. Our only discomfort was interrupted electricity and water supply, but I believe this was due to circumstances beyond the hotel's control. But all in all, we had a very comfortable stay here!

Poor customer service , they don't have the room standard no mini bar no water , plus the hotel is too far from any variety store . Lots of problems View is great , room size is perfect not happy with my stay

To summarize, it was not at all a comfortable stay at this resort. Let's start with the good stuff: 1. Sahl Hashish is a gorgeous beach and area. It was also very quiet this time, may be because it was very hot or because it was Ramadan , not sure. But it was so very serene. 2. The staff of the resort were very friendly, except they seemed lacking in any kind of expertise in this business. Now, the not so good stuff and that's a lot. 1. We had a two bedroom suite. Nothing was working in the suite. That includes the fridge , the phone, the TV and the Wi-Fi. I realized the fridge was not working the same day we arrived. Nothing happened until we left in fact. I asked for two minibars to use instead. That's how we managed in a temperature of 40 degrees on most day. The TV stopped working the second day. Again, that never got fixed until we left. The same with the phone. 2. There were never enough towels/soap/shower gel for the number of people in the suite. On two days i had to ask for more, then I gave up completely. 3. The staff attitude left you questioning your own sanity. You either never reported the problem or it has already been fixed but you just could not see it !!!! 4. The MOST UNCLEAN RESORT I HAVE EVER BEEN. And to give you an idea ,a wet, dripping toilet brush was sitting happily on the kitchen counter when I walked in. The cleaner picked it up and walked out declaring the end of the cleaning routine as if that's what normally happens every day.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Die über das Internet gebuchten Ferien, in dem von Ihnen angebotenen Hotel Azzurra entsprachen in mehreren Punkten, nicht dem angepriesenen Angebot z.B. 25 m zum Strand, geheizter Pool mit Pool Bar, einer 24h Reception und eines reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet!!! Dadurch das die ganze Hotelanlage Azzurra Sahl Hasheesh zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht fertiggestellt war und ist, entsprechen Ihre, für uns entscheidenden, Internetangaben nicht dem Angebot!!!! Der zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht erschlossene eigene Hotel-Strand (sollte 25m entsprechen), in wirklichkeit erreichten wir den provisorischen Hotel-Strand (2 km) nur mit einem Shuttle Bus oder einem 20 min Fussmarsch! Gerne wären wir am Abend auch in den geheizten Pool gegangen, leider war auch dieser nicht vorhanden, geschweige denn eines Getränkes an der von Ihnen angepriesene Pool Bar! Morgens war die Suche nach einem Frühstücksbuffet leider auch vergebens! Da wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt wohl die einzigen Gäste in diesem Hotel waren, haben wir auch die von uns erwartete Geselligkeit vermisst. Gerne erwarten wir baldmöglichst von Ihrer Seite eine Stellungnahme zu den von Ihnen angebotenen und von uns bezahlten und nicht vorgefundenen Konditionen! Wir erwarten eine Stellungnahme Ihrerseits auf unsere negativen Schilderungen.

Wij kwamen 's nachts aan in azzurra aan en konden meteen van de prachtige zonsopgang genieten vanaf ons magnifieke terras met uitzicht op zee. De volgende dag konden we vanaf 7 uur ontbijten met een ontbijtbuffet met onder andere yoghurt, ontbijtgranen en toast. Je kon ook een omeletje bestellen en voor de liefhebbers zelfs falafel. Jammergenoeg hadden ze geen fruit of groente bij het ontbijt en als je een derde kopje koffie of thee wil moet je bij betalen. Verder kan je de hele dag heerlijk genieten aan het zwembad met uitzicht op zee maar je kan ook een gratis shuttlebus naar het strand in sahl hashees nemen. Het is vooral erg fijn om savonds aan het strand van de zonsondergang te genieten aangeien de zon in azzurra om 4 uur bij het zwembad al wegvalt achter de apartementen. In het restaurant kan je goed en relatief goedkoop eten maar kijk uit met de drankjes want die zijn wat aan de dure kant. Je kamer wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt als je daar behoefte aan hebt en als je wat nodig hebt kan je dat altijd vragen aan de receptie naast het restaurant. Heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en er hangt een goede relaxte sfeer. We hebben het buitengewoon naar ons zin gehad in dit prachtige resort en we zouden het zeker aanraden aan mensen die een weekje heerlijk willen relaxen!

One of the best places i have ever stayed in during my domestic travel

great deal for couples , place for relaxation at the top of a hill , rooms equiped with all what you need , nothing missing at all with a very good condition stuff are friendly , security is great at this place and all Sahl Hashesh , there is a close place for shopping and down town is 17 km only
