Shuttle to and from the airport was not good. We finally had to order an Uber to get to the airport because the shuttle was so late.

Communication with the apartment was good. The driver came when called for a pickup and was early in returning to the airport after checkout. * Do not tip the driver that was already taken care of. * A microwave is available upon request. The room does not have an oven but does have a stove. * The manager was extremely friendly and bent over backwards to accommodate me. * The apartment is approximately 18 minute drive from the airport so be careful about traffic.

Not the best stay, they put us in the basement, which felt more like a basement of someone’s house. The bedding was not clean, and old. You could feel and see the peeling on the sheets, pillows and blankets. There were holes in the wall, and generally was less than acceptable accommodations. Thankfully we had a flight the next morning, so we got out of there as quickly as possible. I definitely don’t recommend staying here.

I booked this property for me and my family. I made sure to confirm with them that they would be able to accommodate a late arrival and late check-in. When we go to the airport which is completely chaotic, we got our bags and looked for our driver. I tried sending them 4 or 5 messages, i also tried calling 6 or 7 times and i got no answer. After about an hour, we just paid a taxi to take us to the location of our hotel. Whej we got there everythig was closed. I tried calling and messing again and got nothijg. Keep in mind i had little children wirh me and it was 2:30am at that point. I had to pay the taxi even more money and find a hotel that same night whicn cost me even more. When they finally responded the next morning, they claimed that they waited 2 hours for me at the airport and they claimed they saw me on camera at the hotel but that i was "next door". I would not recommend this place to anyone, horrible communication and they dont take responsibility for their problems. Do yourself a favor and book a legit hotel.

Close to airport, free shuttle, helpful friendly staff

They are wonderful people and it’s a very lovely comfortable quiet zone to stay at. Took us more than 6 years to find a place that we can call home. The Staff is very pleasant and responsive and want to make sure you are happy and have all your needs at all times.

They are great and very flexible and care to make you stay longer.

Property was super clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive in everything we need. Free shuttle to airport was A+. Excellent customer service. Definitely will return back when traveling to Cairo.

Amazing

Staff is very friendly and extra helpful. They will try to accommodate your request. Apartment and facility is extra clean. Very nice and quite area. Definitely recommend the facility. The only con is they don't offer breakfast other than the apartments are really hood. They also offer free shuttle pickup and drop off to and from the airport.

This is a very nice place to stay. It is very convenient to the airport and the shuttle service to and from the airport is very good. Because of its location, if you don't have a car and want to do touristy things in Cairo, it can be challenging since not all Uber drivers will want to take you from downtown to this location. But the management is excellent and very accommodating. We would stay there again.

Everything was good but the floor was very dusty. Flip flop is recommended.

We needed a place close to the airport. The place is amazing. Customer service is amazing. Very helpful, very friendly. Glad that we stayed there.
