i face issue with worker from room service who open the door while i am in room, and also i face issue with worker who are getting my bags to be stored from couple of days

Excellent location Staff were the best So polite Free upgrade And let me check out late due to a late flight Breezes restaurant and bar was perfect Swimming pool was delightful, the staff there were very polite and funny Room was amazing Power shower to die for Casino was fun Indian restaurant worth a visit Hotel was immaculately kept Can’t fault anything about this hotel If your in Cairo I’d highly recommend this hotel I’ll definitely be back

Good , walking to main streets not straight forward

Everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been nice if there had been some chairs and a table or some sort of furniture on the balcony to sit there in the evening. Restaurant food was fine. It was nice to have the convenience of being able to eat in the hotel, as walkability in the immediate area is sketchy.

It was when opened. It was heated and sometimes it was a little too warm.

Sauberes und sehr grosses Zimmer, Verkehrslärm war allerdings trotz geschlossenen Fenster im 20. Stock hörbar, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Pool was very warm, clean and the view was great

El proceso de entrada es lento. Tienen todos los datos de la reserva y si no los tienen podrian solicitarlos con anterioridad por mail. Por norma general los huespedes cuando llegan a hacer el checkin o el check out no quieren estar 15 minutos en el mostrador rellenado papeles. Por otro lado nos indican que el checkin es a las 15.00 horas, jamas he visto un checkin tan tarde. Se puede hacer antes si pagas :(. Luego pudimos hacerlo a las 12.00, hora habitual, sin pagar. Las maletas tuvimos que solicitarlas a las 19.00 porque aun no las habian subido. El resto genial. Estancia, habitaciones, facilidades, muy bien.

This was my worst experience in travelling for last 25 years. We arrived early morning the we pay 50 US $ for early check-in and he ask for extra 50$US for security. Next day when I ask for my 50$ US back he denied that I gave the money. Never get my money back

The Ramses was a great hotel but if you want to just go for a walk outside your hotel. The Ramses is on a busy main freeway and you can cross the street but if you have never been in Cairo. They have a saying in Cairo... if you want to cross the street... take a taxi... theere areno cross walks. People just cross infront of the traffic . Crazy traffic in Cairo.

All good except the entertainment was quite loud late into the night!

Rooms are very good, it was big and Airy. Bathrooms needed attention. Staffs are good. Mohammed Adel In the reception is very helpfull He Is credit to the company. Breakfast and dinner simply Wonderful.

Throughout the night and into the early morning, children were running around and making noise somewhere next to my room. Also, there were constant mechanical noises throughout the night. I stayed here for five nights, and I had a lot of trouble because the internet wasn't working at all. However, the cleaning staff provided a lot of help whenever needed.

The front desk and porters were polite and pleasant, but the restaurant staff and housekeeping were extremely poor. Even though checkout time is 12:00 noon, housekeeping knocked after 8:00 a.m. asking if they could clean, which was completely unbelievable. We had dinner at the Indian restaurant, where the staff spent most of their time chatting and even sprayed something like insect repellent while guests were present, which was very unpleasant. The quality of the food was also poor. At the breakfast restaurant, the reception staff treated us in a way that felt discriminatory, and the tables were not cleaned at all. Additionally, when I called to ask about the breakfast venue — whether it was on the RF floor or the R floor — and asked three times, I was laughed at. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I will never stay at this hotel again and will absolutely not recommend it to others.
