Efficient and welcoming reception staff on arrival making check-in quick and smooth. Beautiful hotel to stay in with fantastic views from the Nile View Rooms, which include the pool and garden area, Nile river, Valley of the Kings on the West Bank, and beautiful sunsets. The hotel itself is kept exceptionally clean and well presented by very pleasant and hardworking staff, and nothing is made to feel too much trouble. The rooms are kept immaculately clean, with comfortable beds, excellent amenities and well stocked tea/coffee making facilities. Buffet breakfast extremely good choices, with a large selection of food stuffs, well presented, and quickly re-stocked for freshness. A special thank you to Mahmoud in the breakfast room, who, yet again made us feel welcome, ensured all our needs were met, and excellent service provided. Always going that extra mile to ensure the guests have an enjoyable experience. Numerous eateries in the hotel make for plenty of choice, and a food and drink service offered in the relaxing and beautiful pool area. A note to mention is there can be a regular appearance of caleches or taxis outside the hotel, easily managed by a polite no thank you, or walking on if persistent. This is the norm for high end hotels in Luxor. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Luxor as we feel this hotel and staff are exceptional in every way. Thank you once again to all staff for another fantastic stay.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Feels like a diamond in the rough. I’d stay here a hundred times over. Nice rooms, comfortable bedding, friendly staff, and nice restaurants. Located on the Nile. The view of the Nile is really pretty.

Hotel is located by the boat piers and centrally located. Friendly staff and quick checking. Larger antrum and beautiful pool area overlooking the Nile river. We ate at the Lebanese restaurant and had a delicious Kofka. Room & beds were comfortable & clean. Nice shops around the interior of the hotel.

From the beginning the staff was welcoming. I was upgraded complimentary and boy the room was beautiful. The balcony view was of the center of the hotel but the center of the hotel is opened air (no roof). So it was so nice to be able to have fresh air and the railing was covered in beautiful flowers. Guest services Wael took excellent care of me. As soon as I arrived, he was able to assist me with booking a massage that was one of the best if not the best massages I have ever had (and I have gotten many massages around the world). I only stayed two out of five nights at the Steigenberger and I wish I had stayed with them the whole time. Would definitely recommend staying here for your Luxor trip.

Breakfast really good with a great variety of options. Italian restaurant not recommended pizza was really bad , better option go to the Lebanese restaurant. Really good room , comfortable bed . Hotel is very nice highly recommended in your next visit to Luxor .

バスタブの中が、滑りやすかった。中にひくマットもなくて、シャワーの水がカーテンがないため、パウダールームに飛び散り、その床も滑りやすくなった。 全体的にコンパクトにまとまっていてコスパも良かったが、朝食はついてなかった。後付けすると、3000円くらいだった。

At check in, I pay for 2 adults and 1 children 8 year old, we I ask for extra bed for the children, they ask me to pay extra $15 dll, I mention, the children paid to be in the hotel. The reply was, you paid for service, no for bead. Son I pay entra for the Small bed $15 dlls. Is not the money is the fact that I pay in advance for extra person, 1 8 year old child

The hotel is immaculate. The breakfast buffet is enormous and the staff are very attentive. The hotel sits on the east bank of the Nile which gives a great view of the sunset. The only disappointments are the restaurants. They’re overpriced and the food is bland.

Overall the hotel is fantastic. Would definitely go back. Superb location on the banks of the Nile, lovely room and swimming pool. Disappointed that the half board package only allows access to one of the restaurants as this was not mentioned when booking. Also the Tropicana snack bar was not good - the bar surface was very dusty and the food was served almost cold.

We had a fantastic stay at the Steigenberger. Our room was beautiful—very clean, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. We also had a great balcony with comfortable seating and an awesome view of the Nile, which made it even better. The restaurants were excellent, especially the Thai restaurant—it was a standout for us. The breakfast buffet was also really good with tons of variety, so there was something for everyone. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and overall the whole property felt very well looked after. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, we don’t have anything negative to say—would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is kept exceptionally clean and well presented by very pleasant and hardworking staff, and nothing is made to feel too much trouble. The rooms are kept immaculately clean, with comfortable beds, excellent amenities and well stocked tea/coffee making facilities. Buffet breakfast extremely good choices, with a large selection of food stuffs, well presented, and quickly re-stocked for freshness. A special thank you to Mahmoud in the breakfast room, who, yet again made us feel welcome, ensured all our needs were met, and excellent service provided. Always going that extra mile to ensure the guests have an enjoyable experience. Numerous eateries in the hotel make for plenty of choice, and a food and drink service offered in the relaxing and beautiful pool area. A note to mention is there can be a regular appearance of caleches or taxis outside the hotel, easily managed by a polite no thank you, or walking on if persistent. This is the norm for high end hotels in Luxor. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Luxor as we feel this hotel and staff are exceptional in every way. Thank you once again to all staff for another fantastic stay.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Feels like a diamond in the rough. I’d stay here a hundred times over. Nice rooms, comfortable bedding, friendly staff, and nice restaurants. Located on the Nile. The view of the Nile is really pretty.

Hotel is located by the boat piers and centrally located. Friendly staff and quick checking. Larger antrum and beautiful pool area overlooking the Nile river. We ate at the Lebanese restaurant and had a delicious Kofka. Room & beds were comfortable & clean. Nice shops around the interior of the hotel.

From the beginning the staff was welcoming. I was upgraded complimentary and boy the room was beautiful. The balcony view was of the center of the hotel but the center of the hotel is opened air (no roof). So it was so nice to be able to have fresh air and the railing was covered in beautiful flowers. Guest services Wael took excellent care of me. As soon as I arrived, he was able to assist me with booking a massage that was one of the best if not the best massages I have ever had (and I have gotten many massages around the world). I only stayed two out of five nights at the Steigenberger and I wish I had stayed with them the whole time. Would definitely recommend staying here for your Luxor trip.

Breakfast really good with a great variety of options. Italian restaurant not recommended pizza was really bad , better option go to the Lebanese restaurant. Really good room , comfortable bed . Hotel is very nice highly recommended in your next visit to Luxor .

バスタブの中が、滑りやすかった。中にひくマットもなくて、シャワーの水がカーテンがないため、パウダールームに飛び散り、その床も滑りやすくなった。 全体的にコンパクトにまとまっていてコスパも良かったが、朝食はついてなかった。後付けすると、3000円くらいだった。

At check in, I pay for 2 adults and 1 children 8 year old, we I ask for extra bed for the children, they ask me to pay extra $15 dll, I mention, the children paid to be in the hotel. The reply was, you paid for service, no for bead. Son I pay entra for the Small bed $15 dlls. Is not the money is the fact that I pay in advance for extra person, 1 8 year old child

Very clean and well appointed room. Beautiful pool area with lovely views of the Nile. Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Lots of restaurants on site. Good location. 15 minute walk to the Luxor Temple.

The hotel is immaculate. The breakfast buffet is enormous and the staff are very attentive. The hotel sits on the east bank of the Nile which gives a great view of the sunset. The only disappointments are the restaurants. They’re overpriced and the food is bland.

Overall the hotel is fantastic. Would definitely go back. Superb location on the banks of the Nile, lovely room and swimming pool. Disappointed that the half board package only allows access to one of the restaurants as this was not mentioned when booking. Also the Tropicana snack bar was not good - the bar surface was very dusty and the food was served almost cold.

We had a fantastic stay at the Steigenberger. Our room was beautiful—very clean, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. We also had a great balcony with comfortable seating and an awesome view of the Nile, which made it even better. The restaurants were excellent, especially the Thai restaurant—it was a standout for us. The breakfast buffet was also really good with tons of variety, so there was something for everyone. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and overall the whole property felt very well looked after. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, we don’t have anything negative to say—would definitely stay here again.

Large-ish hotel that is well maintained and with ample amenities in-house. Location is quite convenient for places to eat across the street. Good service by the hotel staff overall with clean rooms.
