⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Family Stay at Sultan Gardens – Amazing Reef, Warm Staff, and a Minor Note We had a fantastic stay at Sultan Gardens in Sharm El Sheikh! The coral reef at their private beach is truly incredible—easily the best we’ve ever experienced. Snorkeling was unforgettable. The staff were outstanding—very friendly and attentive. My daughter, who loves languages, was thrilled when the lifeguards taught her some basic Arabic. She enjoyed greeting the staff with “Marhaba” and always received warm smiles in return. The atmosphere felt very safe for families, and my daughter quickly made friends. Although most guests were Russian at the time, everyone was friendly, and as my wife and daughter are Ukrainian, they felt welcomed and included. We also loved the coffee house, which was a great spot for a proper coffee after breakfast. Restaurant staff always made us feel welcome and found us a table—upstairs on the balcony was our favorite place to enjoy dinner while watching the show. Rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and Abdul from housekeeping checked in often to make sure we were happy—great service all around.

The decoration and design were absolutely stunning—artistic, tasteful, and full of character. Every corner felt thoughtfully put together, making the space feel both welcoming and inspiring. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived, always ready with a smile and happy to help. A special thank you to the hotel manager, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Chef Mohsen was simply amazing. He personally prepared special meals for my two sons, who are picky and almost hard to please, and somehow managed to get them excited about mealtime! We’re so grateful for the extra care and attention the restaurant staff gave us. From Hagar and Mohamed to Hosny; a big thank you for their kindness and warmth. They really made us feel at home. The buffet was another highlight; fresh, delicious, and full of variety. There were new and exciting options every day, including meat, chicken, seafood, veggies, and plenty of fruits and desserts. We looked forward to every meal. Overall, a truly memorable experience. We’d absolutely come back!

Great stay and restaurants were good. Service was excellent. The only thing I highly disliked was the use of too much air fresheners/perfume in the rooms and all through out the hotel. So strong it would make me nauseous sometimes.. definitely dial down the use of fake fragrances that smell chemically.

This was my trip from America to Egypt. I isuallly visit sharm el sheikh every year. It was my first time at this hotel and this will be my last time. Ibrahim el Sayed gave me a terrible experience at check in. I had to call the manager Mr. Amr to help out. I was checked in to my room after more than an hour and a half even though they weeent even busy. I would give good ratings to Beshoy and Haytham they did great job. But I wouldn’t come back ever to this hotel.

Staff here were all friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and cleaned each morning. Food was what you would expect from all inclusive but also had the choice of dining at the three a la carte restaurants. Choice of pools which was great as you could relax without it being too busy.

The resort was beautiful. Service was excellent. There is only a very little beach, but there is a jetty for getting into the water for a small snorkelling area. Buffet was very large with lots of variety. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Pools, some were heated, some weren't, but they were never crowded. Highly recommended

Really enjoyable holiday, very friendly and attentive staff, very good main buffet and option to go a la carte in Italian and French restaurants. Excellent facilities for kids and easy access to the beach, with a shuttle bus to take you back up to the main areas if you didn’t want to walk. Lots of differing evening entertainment and we had 3 good massages in the spa. Overall very little to criticise other than the green keeper on the mini golf needed to get his broom out to sweep the course!! otherwise the site's grounds are immaculate.

Sultan Garden Resort has all possible amenities that a family holiday needs - Private beach, heated pools, family suites, plenty of activities for kids and adults. It's conveniently located close to Airport and less than 30 mins to old town and connected with superb roads and less traffic. Resort staff is extremely good to look after their guys, special mention of the chief Chek Shokri and Chef Anil, who has taken care of our dietary needs and always there to make things right. Likewise guest services being helpful to arrange food (veg food choices are limited). It's great time spent at resort. Only thing to call out is for vegenerian diet not many option for food. Lastly then Expedia books package holiday, they don;t really take care of the gap between hotel check-out and flight departure, in our case we had to hand around at resort for evening flight and realised that there was no arrangement for evening food. Rest it's a great place and weather in Dec was sunny.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Family Stay at Sultan Gardens – Amazing Reef, Warm Staff, and a Minor Note We had a fantastic stay at Sultan Gardens in Sharm El Sheikh! The coral reef at their private beach is truly incredible—easily the best we’ve ever experienced. Snorkeling was unforgettable. The staff were outstanding—very friendly and attentive. My daughter, who loves languages, was thrilled when the lifeguards taught her some basic Arabic. She enjoyed greeting the staff with “Marhaba” and always received warm smiles in return. The atmosphere felt very safe for families, and my daughter quickly made friends. Although most guests were Russian at the time, everyone was friendly, and as my wife and daughter are Ukrainian, they felt welcomed and included. We also loved the coffee house, which was a great spot for a proper coffee after breakfast. Restaurant staff always made us feel welcome and found us a table—upstairs on the balcony was our favorite place to enjoy dinner while watching the show. Rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and Abdul from housekeeping checked in often to make sure we were happy—great service all around.

Great stay and restaurants were good. Service was excellent. The only thing I highly disliked was the use of too much air fresheners/perfume in the rooms and all through out the hotel. So strong it would make me nauseous sometimes.. definitely dial down the use of fake fragrances that smell chemically.

The decoration and design were absolutely stunning—artistic, tasteful, and full of character. Every corner felt thoughtfully put together, making the space feel both welcoming and inspiring. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived, always ready with a smile and happy to help. A special thank you to the hotel manager, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Chef Mohsen was simply amazing. He personally prepared special meals for my two sons, who are picky and almost hard to please, and somehow managed to get them excited about mealtime! We’re so grateful for the extra care and attention the restaurant staff gave us. From Hagar and Mohamed to Hosny; a big thank you for their kindness and warmth. They really made us feel at home. The buffet was another highlight; fresh, delicious, and full of variety. There were new and exciting options every day, including meat, chicken, seafood, veggies, and plenty of fruits and desserts. We looked forward to every meal. Overall, a truly memorable experience. We’d absolutely come back!

This was my trip from America to Egypt. I isuallly visit sharm el sheikh every year. It was my first time at this hotel and this will be my last time. Ibrahim el Sayed gave me a terrible experience at check in. I had to call the manager Mr. Amr to help out. I was checked in to my room after more than an hour and a half even though they weeent even busy. I would give good ratings to Beshoy and Haytham they did great job. But I wouldn’t come back ever to this hotel.

Staff here were all friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and cleaned each morning. Food was what you would expect from all inclusive but also had the choice of dining at the three a la carte restaurants. Choice of pools which was great as you could relax without it being too busy.

The resort was beautiful. Service was excellent. There is only a very little beach, but there is a jetty for getting into the water for a small snorkelling area. Buffet was very large with lots of variety. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Pools, some were heated, some weren't, but they were never crowded. Highly recommended

Really enjoyable holiday, very friendly and attentive staff, very good main buffet and option to go a la carte in Italian and French restaurants. Excellent facilities for kids and easy access to the beach, with a shuttle bus to take you back up to the main areas if you didn’t want to walk. Lots of differing evening entertainment and we had 3 good massages in the spa. Overall very little to criticise other than the green keeper on the mini golf needed to get his broom out to sweep the course!! otherwise the site's grounds are immaculate.

Sultan Garden Resort has all possible amenities that a family holiday needs - Private beach, heated pools, family suites, plenty of activities for kids and adults. It's conveniently located close to Airport and less than 30 mins to old town and connected with superb roads and less traffic. Resort staff is extremely good to look after their guys, special mention of the chief Chek Shokri and Chef Anil, who has taken care of our dietary needs and always there to make things right. Likewise guest services being helpful to arrange food (veg food choices are limited). It's great time spent at resort. Only thing to call out is for vegenerian diet not many option for food. Lastly then Expedia books package holiday, they don;t really take care of the gap between hotel check-out and flight departure, in our case we had to hand around at resort for evening flight and realised that there was no arrangement for evening food. Rest it's a great place and weather in Dec was sunny.
