Tutto molto organizzato. Camere pulite addetti ai lavori molto educati e ottimo cibo.

Soggiorno ottimale per famiglie Personale eccellente Cibo ottimo Unica nota negativa,gli arredi delle stanze sarebbero da rimodernare così come gli ambienti della spa. Struttura piccola e contenuta rispetto allo standard,tutti i servizi sono facilmente raggiungibili,anche il mare che permette accesso diretto. Periodo febbraio luogo tanto tanto esposto ai venti.

é stata una esperienza stupenda vissuta con la mia ragazza e il tamra è veramente un villaggio bellissimo! Staff educatissimo e cordialissimo resort straconsigliato. Prima di partire mettetevi a dieta si mangia tanto variegato e non ci siamo sentiti male al contrario troppo buono.

As a regularly travelling couple, we aren't particularly picky over our accomodations. We have been to Egypt somewhere around 30 times, so we know about standards and what to actually expect. I sent 2 emails to the hotel in advance of our holiday advising them we would be arriving early and asking if they had an airport shuttle service. Never received a reply. Fortunately I had booked with Sun transfers a couple of days before we departed. They were very good. When we arrived we had to wait in reception for over an hour whilst they prepared a room - a lie, as there were many vacant rooms. It later transpired that although E-Bookers advertised it as All Inclusive this was untrue. In fact it was Full board with soft drinks only. So that's the first and last time we use them. We were the only English in the hotel, the bulk of guests being Italian, German and Ukranian. Although this didn't bother us at all, it did mean that to the animation team and waiters we were virtually invisible. Upkeep in the hotel grounds was best described as Patchy. The grounds themselves were well tended but I reported 3 broken sun-loungers on our 2nd day - they were still broken on day 14. More dangerous was the broken step on the right-hand stairway of the pontoon into the sea, reported - same result.

Didn't reply to our text requesting early arrival and airport pick-up! Booked All Inclusive with E-Bookers - it wasn't, turned out to be Full Board ( soft drinks only ). No mention in the description that it is challenging for anyone with breathing difficulties to get down to the beach and back. On the plus side - Although food was aimed at the Italian market, there were at least a couple of meat choices every day and the food was well prepared, although when I bit into a piece of hard plastic in my Merangue one evening the response was a Latin shrug from the head chef!

Don't ever go to this dirty hotel i went all the way to sharm alshikh from cairo i reserved room just by accident i booked 1 guest instead of 2 guest they didn't let me and my friend in the room i told them I'm gonna pay the difference they didn't allow it too worrest customer service expedia called them and emailed them many timed to modify the reservation they ignored them and when the receptionist answer them he doesn't understand english so he keeps giving excuse to him self tell them call me on my cell phone number and they can't reach him at the end

Io sono Sharon ho soggiornato 10 giorni al Tamra,hotel nel complesso ottimo confortevole pulito un po vecchio soprattutto le camere anche se belle grandi,il personale tutti gentili dalla reception al ragazzo che ci faceva trovare tutti i giorni la camera pulita e l acqua nel mini bar. cucina italiana io personalmente l ho trovata abbastanza variabile dai primi ai secondi anche i ragazzi del ristorante tutti simpatici e disponibili...l animazione eden fantastica.che dire,ci torneremo in futuro.

Sehr gutes Hotel, tolles Riff, nettes Personal. Vorwiegend italienische Gästte, was für mich angenehm ist. Grosses reichhaltiges Buffet, frischgekochte Pasta und andere italienische Speisen. Anîmation und Musik in italienisch, aber nicht zu laut und nervig, wie im Nachbarhotel. Taxifahrt vom Flughafen 10 Euro.

Staff were very helpful, including fairly quickly accommodating a very early checkin. Room were in good condition. There was a good variety of food for various tastes, including enough vegetarian options that my health-conscious group felt well-fed. The hotel has good access to the reef from a pier right on the property for snorkeling. Waves were a little strong during our stay which affected visibility some, but there were still plenty of fish. The hotel is 25 minutes north of Sharm, which adds travel time if going to town, but our dive center still provided pickup.

Pros: The reception staff ( especially Mr. Islam ) , restaurant staff and chefs were very friendly and professional Tasty food. Big room. The Ukrain animation team (Julia , Anna and vika) were very friendly , polite, active , hardworking and make you feel so welcome and happy Cons: The Egyptian animation guy was rude ( Medo) and the hotel changed during my vacation but the new one ( Islam ) was the rudest member I ever met and he disrespect the guests Then I complained this guy to his manager and he told me : He noticed Islam was rude and he will fire him and change him with new one but nothing done . So I don't recommend stay in hotel with rude member( Islam ) because you will be angry and don't spend nice vacation.

its a wonderful stay in this hotel .but the worth thing in this hotel that my accommodation is all in exclusive but the hotel let me pay for some drinks

J'ai passer 10 jours exceptionnel, hôtel magnifique. J'étais dans la chambre 3126, celle ci etait impeccable avec une vue sur piscine et mer. Je remerci éncore Moustapha pour son accueil, son service et son accessibilité. Je recommande également le spa, et la plonger... Petit conseil: pour les Francais, il Faud absolument parler anglais ou italien.

فندق اكثر من رائع غرف واسعة و نظيفة و حمامات السباحة رائعة طاقم عمل اكثر من رائع الطعام جيد جدا تشعر انك في بيتك بجد اكيد هاكرر الزيارة زرت فنادق كتير في شرم الشيخ 5 نجوم بجد تمرا بيتش افضل منهم بكتير في المعاملة و الخدمة و النظافة

I enjoyed every moment there from welcoming and every thing elses, definitely i would come back

I really recommend this hotel , they are welcoming us , rapid check in, big comfortable room ,good food , polite helpfull staff, it is 5 star hotel

- they let the guests swim with cloths in the pools!!!!
