Zak Inn

This place has a great location and customer service team but unfortunately the place needs essential improvements.

When I arrived I was told i was getting an upgrade however I was put on the only top floor room, and my room was the worst of my 3 friends. No impressed.

Poolen var så snavet og grumset at jeg slet ikke ville i den, jeg forlod stedet efter en overnatning da det slet ikk levede op til forventningerne.. personalet var imødekommende men værelset var ulækkert og aircondition virkede ikke.

i would highly recommend it the staff were super nice the only thing they can improve on is the wifi

A week of diving so didn’t use the pool area until checkout day. Staff friendly, room cleaned daily. Fridge and kettle in room. Beds comfy and bathroom suitable. Worked for us as we like to eat out at the Marina restaurants which are in walking distance. Nice coffee cafe for breakfast over the road. Would use again

The place terrible nothing was prepared when we arrived we had to beg the reception for shampoo But The girl that was there in the morning was respectful and helpful but there is on guy in the night shift i had to ask him many times for towels for the pool and literally had to follow him around when he was literally ignoring my request and at the end i ended up having “hands towels “ and getting told to leave the pool because its “too late” while there was another guy swimming they didnt say anything to him in addition to that i was asking for the internet and the guy that was there literally ignored me again Anyways it was a nice stay just because they have cats but other than that i would rate it zero not even one star Thanks zak in

The staff at Zak inn were amazing, the pool, and patio were a great addition to our stay. The only downside was that the water pressure wasn’t great and after a day in the ocean it was a little inconvenient but I would still stay here again.

Sehr freundliches Personal, die sind hilf bereit. Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, waren die Bilder bei der Buchung, das Hotel ist veraltet und braucht eine Renovierung. Bei der nächsten Buchung werde ich mehr Geld ausgeben um einen ruhigen Hotel zu bekommen

Je suis venu dans cet hôtel car j’étais seul et j’avais besoin d’être proche de la ville donc je me suis dit que même si c’était un 3 étoiles les bonnes notes faisaient que l’hôtel seraient bien mais pas vraiment. En effet, merci déjà au personnel très accueillant et souriant je n’ai rien à dire sur ça sans eux mon séjour n’aurait pas était aussi bien il faudrait les recompenser très gentil ! Néanmoins arrivé dans ma chambre dès le premier jour tâches sur la cuvette des toilettes , poussières et cheveux au sol pourtant je ne suis pas maniaque mais pour moi c’est la première impression qui compte c’est la première fois que je viens j’estime qu’il est logique de faire ma chambre avant que je vienne , les serviettes et draps avait des sortes de petites tâches mal lavés , des fourmis sont apparus . Le lendemain du nettoyage de ma chambre que j’ai demandé rien à changé à part un petit coup de serpillère et changement de serviette mais aucun nettoyage sérieux au niveau des coins de chambre en bas du bureau où il y avais de la poussière . Même si c’est un trois étoiles aucun gel douche ou mini shampoing , souchette qui marche au ralentit avec une eau froide à tiède mais faut pas être trop trop frileuse malgré l’été , balcon un peu poussiéreux mais merci quand même au personnel gentil avec moi et au balcon comme la piscine et la Clim qui a pu me faire apprécier un minimum le séjour

Stille og rolig hotell, rent og god service. Litt slitte møbler, men helt grei standard. Kjøleskap og aircondition var imidlertid svært gammel, og begge lagde høye durelyder. Æircandition kjølte heller ikke optimalt.

A hidden gem in a busy, not very pleasant area. Staff very friendly, pool area very relaxing. Room was large and shower was hot and powerful. There was no hand towel provided, nor (more importantly) any mat for the floor after a shower (dangerous), however they gave me an extra towel when I mentioned this. There were no hooks or rails to hang up your towel after a shower. WiFi doesn't reach the bedrooms, only in reception and pool areas (WiFi is generally pretty bad across Egypt). Highly recommend Coffee Studio opposite - the best croissants I've ever had!

When I booked I requested a low room. I struggle with stairs. I was put on the top floor for 1 night as they had no low floors available. First night was dreadful because of this and I was in a lot of pain with having to struggle getting up the stairs. The next day I was given ground floor room and it was lovely and spacious and very clean. The staff could not do enough for you, very helpful

Good for shopping

I was surprised with their extreme kindness and hospitality, very pleasant staff, the property is ok for what I want during my stay but it is very clean very quiet and many tourists were occupying the rooms, if you need a clean room, clean washroom and nice service in the city with a pool and very very reasonable price this is the place to stay. I used to be in 5 stars hotels all inclusive but never used the all inclusive things , so I decided to try this one but it worked very well and it satisfied my needs, many thanks to the room service Ahmed who I asked him to buy me lunch because I was tired from the long drive and with very nice pleasant smile agreed and got me lunch. Very confident that you will like the facility at this price many coffee shops and restaurants near the location and shopping centres. Please try and enjoy. Close to everything. Perfect location and wonderful staff. Made seeing things much easier. Great value!

Propre dans l'ensemble mais le carrelage est salissant rapidement. Je regrette que par default il n'y est pas de tapis dans la salle de bain toutefois le sejour etait tres agreable. Le personnel a l'écoute des moindre demande, service de police juste a coter. Vous ne trouverai pas plus sécurisée haha. Puis tres calme parfois meme la piscine pour vous seule, en periode non estivale. En terme de wifi a revoir et equipement on est tres maigre egalement mais au vus du prix cela se justifie
