Very close to the train stations, so that was convenient, thecroom wasctoo small for two people to sleep in, was supposwd to be a twin room, wasnt big enough for two beds, and neither for one person, it was very hot, no air con, was a fan but not good enough to cool the room, the beds were very comfy though, we decided to only stay for one night but checked in and paid for 2 nights

Die Möbel und vor allem der Teppich sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Lud definitiv nicht zum Barfuß laufen ein! Das Badezimmer war aber neu und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sauber. Für einen Kurztrip absolut ausreichend.

Das Arriva hat sicher schon bessere Zeiten gesehen! Von Teppichböden, über Fenster bis zu Tapeten war alles ganz schön alt und abgewohnt. Aber das Bad war relativ neu und die Betten bequem. Leider lauter Verkehr und Baustelle direkt vor dem Fenster.

Loved the location of the hotel so near kings cross st. Pancras. We were on the train a lot so it was an easy walk. Lots of restaurants nearby and the hotel staff was always helpful!

The beds were fine, but the room had a strange smell. The walls were covered in holes and there was barely ever someone at reception. Additionally the windows didnt have locks nor did the toilet.

It certainly provides for a place to stay but we weren’t excited to go back to it after being tourists in London. It was dated and could have used some improvements but it provided the bare minimum of what we needed for an economical place to stay. The staff was responsive and efficient and there was no shortage of guests coming in and out so they remain successful. We would not choose to stay here again unless it was the only choice within our price range.

The room had everything necessary for an overnight stay. The room had a generally tidy appearance. The ventilation was poor if window was kept closed and loud noises carried in from the street. The customer service was great.
