Arrived after midnight after late flight into Manchester, couldn't fault the pick up by taxi to the hotel, booked in ok, had a drink at reception to relax before going to bed, lovely room, very pleasant staff, all round very pleasant nights stay before heading home in the morning

Fantastic customer service. In particular Charlotte, who checked is in, was super friendly, welcoming and really really helpful.
The hotel - clean, accessible, bright. Slightly dated decor but had all the makings of a good quality hotel. Would stay again.

I booked a one night stay due to a family members party.
There were originally 3 people on my booking, unfortunately two of the people couldn't attend.
My room was really spacious and clean, the receptionist and guy on the bar were very friendly and polite.
Unfortunately due to a family emergency, i didn't end up staying overnight so can't comment on the beds eg comfort etc...
I don't know where i stand regarding a refund (would be nice to receive one ), but regardless of that based on what i did experience i couldn't fault anything

We booked the hotel few months ago. We have stopped here a few times as its convenient for us before our flight this time though they have introduced a parking fee after we had booked so was a bit shocked id thought they would pf honoured the customer who had booked it before this come in to effect

The good : very clean ,but that cheaper hotel smell . Bed was comfortable . Bar & coffee
The bad : broken water mixer - couldn’t take a shower . Pillow is cheap and rock hard with no options to change . Breakfast not quality ingredients . It’s not a hotel for business travelers . Overlooks private houses .
