Only one good point: a quiet neighbourhood with a good bus access to major spots in London.
Shocking to find a half eaten rotting chocolate cake in the closet when checked-in; after climbing stairs all the way up to 3rd floor(counting in Brit way). Hair dryer unable to touch as the thing was so sticky dirty. Shower would not drain even though shower’s water pressure was so weak. TV also did not turn on - when it was fixed aftet two days, remote would not work properly. Room so small to even properly unpack or move around without bumping into each other if two people are staying. Towels are changed every day but often would forget to place foot mat. Would NEVER return as the stay in London was so unpleasant because of this!

The room is miniscule and the building smells like mold, if you save money by coming here you will end up spending more money while staying out and avoiding the room unless it's for sleep.

Unfortunately our stay didn’t start well from the outset of booking. The address listed on booking.com is different to that listed on Wotif which was disappointing to discover after we booked on Wotif and paid upfront. The bed was so hard and the pillows were so flat we had to prop them with the hard cushions. The heated towel rail is a safety hazard and located in a position where I kept burning my arm as the bathroom is so tiny and not as photographed. We weren’t advised of the housekeeping which was fresh towels and changed bins but was inconsistent on what days it would occur. The room was small and run down overall and not the comfortable stay we were expecting for the last leg of our honeymoon.

Vi havde et fint værelse med plads til to voksne og et barn. Der var ingen reception, men fik en mail med check ind oplysninger, og det virkede som det skulle. Kan anbefales hvis man rejser til London og egentlig bare skal bruge et sted og sove.

This fulfills the requirements of having a roof over your head. Nothing else.
The double bed is actually a twin. Small. Stiff.
Single glazing window. No air con.
A horrible 'kitchen'

It was a small apartment that has exactly enough space of what we need. The bathroom was clean & great amount of water. It has a small kitchen that is just perfect for what we need. I highly recommend this if you are looking for an economic budget friendly place to stay in London. It was 13 minutes walk from the Victoria Couch Station & also 13 minutes walk to watch Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theater. I am fully satisfied considering how much I paid for in London. The hotel company sent me an email on the instructions & some tips & that was a Big, big help! It was easy to access the hotel & easy to check out coz all you need to do is open the hotel door using a digital locked key & checked out by closing the door when u live. Overall I consider to stay here again as long as the price remains the same.

Les couloirs sentent les poubelles, les chambres sont très très mal insonorisées on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres à cotées, nous avions la vue sur une petite cour remplie de déchet, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude et même après avoir contacté la propriétaire rien ne changeait douche à l’eau glacée tous les matins, la propreté était moyenne...

Pimlico is a very nice neighbourhood, plenty of restaurants and small convenient stores. At night is pretty quiet and although the apartment is on a main road the traffic is that noisy.
The only detail with the facilities was the size of the bathroom. Only one person at the time.

Ik heb een ontzettend slechte ervaring gehad met dit hotel.
Onacceptabel. Ik ga hier zaak van maken.
Ik had hulp nodig m.b.t het bewaren van mijn bagage, waarnaar ik de accommodatie belde om te vragen of ik mijn bagage ergens kan droppen voor een halve dag. Zij stuurde mij door naar een bepaald adres, wij zijn daar met een taxi en onze zware bagage heen gegaan, en het blijkt dat het adres geen plek is waar ik mijn bagage kan droppen. Ik eis nu een deel van mijn geld terug. We hebben daar een uur gewacht voor het adres. Vervolgens hebben we expedia gebeld en zij konden niks voor ons doen, wij voelden ons alleen gelaten. dit incident heeft ervoor gezorgd dat onze laatste dag in London verpest is. Wij konden niks leuks meer doen, omdat we nergens onze koffers konden droppen. Wr moesten hierdoor met 4 zware koffers reizen (2 grote. 2 kleine)
Wij waren niet meer flexibel. Ik eis een schadevergoeding hiervoor.

Rummet var ganska trångt för 3 personer med en dålig extrasäng. I rummet hade de kunnat ställt in mindre möbler för att utnyttja ytan bättre. Annars bra.
