Clean but very tiny rooms

Temperatures were very warm, no AC, only one very small window from which a great deal of smoke came in through

nice place to stay and great location, hotel has been recently renovated so was realy great, breakfast would have been nice. great stay though

This hotel or room for rent is close to a police station and fire hall. Non stop sirens all day and night. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. And the beds are not comfortable at all.

No electricity in morning & the staff handled my case was not friendly. The room was very hot & recorded the temp 32 degree inside, could not sleep even had fan. Never choose it & not recommended to friends.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, Sauberkeit ok. Leider war das Bett an einer Stelle durchgebrochen, das sei einige Nächste zuvor passiert. Dadurch war das Bett sehr unbequem Kein Ersatz oder neues Zimmer möglich. Ohne das kaputte Bett wäre der Aufenthalt für diesen Preis in Ordnung.

This hotel is excellent value for the price. The location is ideal for exploring and the owner is very obliging, looking after my luggage after I checked out. The only slight issue was late night noise but that was due to inconsiderate guests.

Welcoming staff on reception. I was in a top floor room, no lift (that I saw). The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little worn in paves e.g hole in the wall, some parts of the carpet discoloured, edges to carpets not finished. However, it was cheap and cheerful. All facilities worked, kettle, tea, milk etc provided, clean towels and bedding, comfortable bed and tv.

Hotel is in a terraced townhouse. The neighbour's tv was continuously blairing out throughout the night and early hours. I was in no position to complain. I got very little sleep. Advice is to take ear plugs when travelling.

A really decent room for a good price. I liked having a mini sitting room next to the beds and the bathroom was very clean and modern. Good location near Shepherds bush station. My only suggestion would be to have a quieter closing on the front door, as I was on the ground floor and I could hear it slam every time someone came in and out

Awesome hotel and really great location close to many trains/tubes! Main complaint was the water turned on and off and there was little soap bars provided for each person for the trip but the cleaning staff took them away each day so by the end of our trip we had not soap or shampoos or anything left.

Great accessible location that was safe. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Fair price. Wonderful to be able to store bags before and after check-in.

no fuss hotel, u have all the basic amenities, walls are a bit thin and its on the main road, a bit of noise. rest all clean and its a 5 storey townhouse with no life. but does the job.
