The service from the team was outstanding. A beautiful venue, with lots of history but the service really stands out and made my stay really enjoyable.

Wonderful location, beautiful property. Great Christmas party options that don't affect the running or experience of people staying at the hotel. They wonderful room choice and most importantly., brilliant sfaff

We stayed few years on a row to charity event and always it was perfect but now standards downfall, no tea and cookies in room,no Christmas decorations and no room services ,they just said no.

Our first room had a lovely bed, but the room heating system wasn’t working. We were moved to a nicer room in the main building after we talked to reception. After that we had a fabulous relaxing stay.

Stay was good, room was lovely, setting and building were stunning. Staff were very helpful and when i reported only 1 towel in the room it was resolved immediately. The bar food was tasty and overall provided everything required. The parking was chargeable which i didnt realise when i booked

We booked the Standard double room but unfortunately was given a Basic double room. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly.

This was the most beautiful place o have ever stayed. The staff was always helpful. Which was nice because we came in from the US. they even sent up room service upon request the first night as we had gotten in late and not eaten. The ham sandwich is so good! Tapas plate was wonderful and the garden restaurant was absolutely to die for. A ln experience I will never forget.

Delightful young lady who checked me in and took me to my room because I am elderly and not very mobile. Mother of bridegroom Gerard, everthing was superb. Your staff were brilliant and the food delicious. Loved my room. Have been treated at Coombe before and hope to again. Thank you so much, Gwenda Lancaster

The hotel was beautiful,room was very clean and stunning,staff where so helpful and breakfast was wonderful.

We arrived during the night. Its quite spooky. Did not sleep well and felt uneasy. The toilet was loud after flushing. Broken seat cover. But these are all reported on our check out. Breakfast was really good and the ambience in the restaurant was great.

My husband and I stayed for one night, as I've always wanted to stay here, and it was in a convenient location to an event we needed to attend the following morning. I love how this hotel gives castle vibes. Beautiful and unique one-of-a-kind artwork, artifacts, and decor all over the place. It's fun just to spend a little time walking around the grounds, the lobby, and the outside of the buildings, looking at All of its grandeur. The room itself had very old fashioned vibes. This was both good and not so good. Nice in the sense that you feel you're being transported back in time to a hundred years ago... But I think unfortunately some of the cloth wallpaper and pictures of the wall had seen better days. It was a very romantic room nonetheless. They bathroom did need a lock of miuld proof paint though. The hallways all needed new carpets. Both the stairs and outside the rooms. Probably good if they got something which doesn't show stains easily, but still fits the decor. The shining jewel was the restaurant and bar. Really nice drinks selection, both with and without alcohol. The bar and restaurant food menu selections were really amazing, and all of the food we are was superb! Service was excellent too. Dining room was beautiful both day and night! The outside grounds are truly unique and very enjoyable. Although we unfortunately arrived a bit too late to take everything in on this trip, one can always visit another day. All in all great experience. Just need TLC.
