DoubleTree by Hilton London Kingston Upon Thames

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they helped us a lot through our stay even the airline wanted to send us the new luggage which they broke during our flight, the staff helped us a lot to get it back.

Easy check in, clean and spacious room. Could hear some traffic / train noise but not enough to disturb sleep. Parked in multistory across the road, which was £20 overnight.

Throughly enjoyed our stay.

They do not have parking facility. There is a multistory car park nearby but after 11pm no access to your vehicle. All doors are chained up. Had to find a route to crawl through to get back to car for medication. They have no keys. This is false advertising to say there are car park facility's. Parked at 4pm left at 10am = £24? Seriously, I have travelled UK for these hours never had such a high expense!

Hotel was good, however didn't realise there was an NHS awards party a few doors along from and boy, they can party!

Heating was a problem

Sentral beliggenhet i Kingston Upon Thames med kort avstand til shopping, restauranter og Kingston station. Bra standard på rommet og veldig rent. Gode senger. Bra service. Veldig hyggelig personale, særlig i resepsjonen. Man føler seg veldig velkommen. Savnet minibar på hotellrommet.

There was no daily room service unless requested. TV doesnt work. No complimentary water unless Hilton Gold members.

Absolutely dreadful stay I was there for 2 nights without any heating it was -2 outside and not much warmer in the building, people were eating in the restaurant with coats scarves and hats on!! The hotel staff weren’t helpful and no sign of compensation

A comfortable and well designed room. Friendly staff and good restaurant with plenty of choice on the menu. The lobby was also comfortable for spending a little time before we left to go to the airport.

Great hotel, loads of dining options

Amazing stay with friendly and helpful staffs. Rooms are clean and fantastic location. Definitely will have another stay in the future.

The hotel is next to the rail station

Rather sad there was no sauna. Bar was under stocked..1 x Bombay Saphire and they ran out. Changed to another gin and no more normal tonic water. Only light. Restautant menu very poor. The time it took to expain about parking, i already had a ticket!

Veldig fint opphold. Satte stor pris på at hotellet hadde ordnet en overraskelse på rommet når vi ankom, for vår mor som ble 60år! Super beliggenhet og veldig hyggelige ansatte. Komforten på sengene, designet på rommet, standard på badet og at det var tomt for såpe i dusjen gjorde dessverre at vi ikke følte prisen matchet hva vi fikk. Vi hadde nok hatt en like så fin helg på ett billigere hotell, og det er jo litt synd når poenget var at vi skulle koste på oss litt ekstra i den spesielle anledningen. Alt i alt, oppholdet var bra, men ikke noe mer.

Weeks prior to our arrival, we wrote in asking for an early check-in because we had to change for an event immediately after arriving. However, upon arrival after a long flight we were told that the room was not available. We were previously told that this may be a possibility and accepted the situation. We were instead, told to use the bathroom in the lobby to change in and we proceeded to do so. Five minutes later, hubby checked in with another staff to inquire if room was truly not available and was told that it indeed WAS available! Appears that staff members are undergoing training and unsure of where to find details. Apart from that, stay was pleasant.

A lovely property to stay at! Great services all around, nice rooms, and very comfortable. We did a lot of walking while here, and always felt safe. We would highly recommend this hotel.

It was close to where I was working and the staff was great.
