Eastcliff Escape Folkestone

Room very clean but bed uncomfortable. Carpark very small and tight plus other users park over 2 bays making it hard to park.

Overall good, for those with accessibility needs difficult as situated on the 4th floor with no stairs.

Lovely stay away for NY a 6 min walk into town parking onsite but could be tight if you have a big car very clean and comfortable

The apartment was lovely with new finishings. The car park was a tight squeeze and the outside areas did not look inviting. The bed was comfortable but could use new pillows and a larger bed would have been beneficial. Was pleasantly surprised that toilet roll and cleaning products were available as assumed the property was self catering. The whole apartment was clean and in a convenient location to the beaches and town.

Generally great property but oddly there were only 2 of each bit of cutlery and crockery ( for 2 people for 2 days self catering) and only 1 cereal bowl so there was a need to take turns to eat breakfast. Water would suddenly get boiling hot when washing dishes which caught us unaware so ended up with a minor burn on the first day. Warning next to sinks would help. Also there were a fair amount of long black hairs on the floors in the bathroom and kitchen and some on the bed which we thought was odd for a freshly cleaned property. Received instructions on how to get the key a bit last minute so that caused some issues (the assumption was we're coming by car and not public transport so getting to the property took a lot longer and was quite confusing). Other than that it was great and good location.
