Harmondsworth Hall Guest House Heathrow

1. I’m a 80 year old female solo traveler who has stayed in Youth Hostels to luxury. 2. I was leaving at 6;45 the next day so did not expect the full breakfast I paid for. I saw the coffee maker in the dining area and was told I would have to make it myself in my room. There was an opened box of cereal and a box of shredded wheat so I was told there would be milk. 3. Sarah quickly disappeared up the stairs and since I was loaded with luggage and after a long day of travel, I was slow. No offer of help or waiting for me. 4. The room had a comfortable bed, a wooden kitchen type chair, a rolling bar for clothes and a small stand with the kettle. a cup and saucer, no spoon or stirrer and the next morning I found the milk packets curdled the instant coffee so I had nothing to drink or eat. Downstairs the dining area was dark and no milk. 5. The bathroom had a metal shower enclosure with no soap and she showed me the antibacterial plastic bottle on the sink that was basically empty. She acted put out when I asked instructions for the shower. I was given only one bath towel. That night I dried off with the towel but there was no bath mat and if I put on the floor, there would be no towel for the morning. There was used dental floss in the trash can from a previous guest. 6. Upon my arrival, I was told I had to pay and she didn’t seem to believe me and I had to retrieve my notebook showing I paid $135 with Visa. We had to go to her office for her to verify. 7. The worst.

So glad I stayed there

Never found the airport shuttle. Nice little Inn 20min uber ride from the airport. Nearby Pub is 400 years old.

Lovely place and staff.

Great location - close to Heathrow, easy to locate, private car park. Close to local convenience shop and a pub. Beautiful old guest home, with some lovely features; However, we were left waiting on the doorstep to get greeted for over 10 minutes, no apology from staff, later had an apology from owner for her daughter not hearing the door. We were told we could help ourselves to cereal, coffee etc from the dining room, as we were leaving at 645am for the airport, but the was only 1 bowl available to use, no coffee cups, no bread for toast

Great terminal 5 airport location.

Nice country house but needs a refurb, heating inadequate in room and no heating in bathroom. Breakfast average with little choice and dull dining room.

Were able to get early check-in, clean spacious room, good breakfast.

Very big room with a bar fridge, comfortable beds, mini lounge area in room. Bathroom new and shampoo, conditioner etc good quality. Parking excellent in locked area. Bit hard to find as front door is different colour. The manor is being renovated so nice. Lovely lady who runs it. 2 great pubs 5 minutes walk for dinner. Very clise to Heathrowe

Great location in a small village with little pubs very close for food and drinks. Lovely guest house built in 1695, calm, cozy and super comfortable beds. Nice lady that runs the place and will use again for any early Hearthrow departures. Recommend.

Everything was amazing as always

Stayed 1 night for a stress-free airport stay and was genuinely pleasantly surprised. The images do not do the hotel justice at all. The hotel is quaint, with some original features kept, which gives it real character. Both beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the bathroom was modern with a good shower and vanity. Check-in was easy and smooth. No noise issues at all — very quiet during our stay, with minimal guests. Breakfast took a little time, but that’s because it’s cooked to order, which I actually appreciated. Excellent value for money and I’d absolutely stay again. I’d recommend it to anyone — great option with various room sizes, especially if you want a calm, convenient stay near the airport.

英国の綺麗なHistoric Hotel。広々としたお部屋とアットホームな雰囲気。とても快適に過ごせて満足です。また、スタッフの方は、私の初歩的英語レベルにも、親切なご対応で安心。更に、朝食は英国の伝統的な雰囲気のレストランで、とても美味くいただく事ができ、優雅な経験でした。そして何より、私1人の滞在にご対応いただけた事をとても光栄に思います。英国旅行の最終日にふさわしい、理想的な景観に囲まれ、バス停も近く、ひーす空港へは所要15分程度と安心。また私的には英国全般？の特徴といいますか、少々の不備さが付いてくるのは、日常の弛まぬ工夫や習慣という印象です。

Lovely homely guest house. With a lovely walk to waterside. The photos don’t do it justice. Room is big and comfy. Had a great nights sleep

Looked better in the pictures than real life.

This is one of those places that you almost want to keep as a secret so that there is always a room just for you! Fantastic location, easy access by public bus to Heathrow, hosts who know what they are doing.
