Hassel free checkin and checkout, close to the airport. The only thing I would say is a transfer service to the airport would be advantageous

Good, clean and good location to gatwickairport.

Room great but the door had no way of shutting out light! So at 630 I was woken up by daylight!! Asked for iron and board but told no board available!

There was no toilet roll i needed the toilet bad

The room I got was not what was advertised to me when I originally booked it. I booked a single room for my last night before flying out the next morning and I did not expect the door of my room to open right to the parking lot/outside. As as a single woman this did not make me feel entirely safe. And the door did not have a dead bolt. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was also poor. It seems like the did do a spot clean and light vacuum and the bedsheets were clean but there was mould around the door frame and the bathroom. Also, if you are coming here from the airport, the airport bus must be requested to take you to the Guest Houses. I did not know that and ended up having to pay an absurd uber price to get me here late at night.

In our short stay 7h. Did not have to much to discover. Good signage to easy locate The property. Friendly staff. Cleanliness could be improved. Shower not used for while. Tea cups dirty. Noisy toilet some flushing system burking after flush.

It was great for what we need - close to Gatwick- clean - comfortable beds - affordable!

Convenient to the airport for early flights, a bit noisy, floors upstairs not sound proof and can hear other guests walking/talking

Just stayed for one night in prep for a very early Gatwick flight. Very comfortable room and facilitied and very close to the airport.

Nice room, neat and well equipped. A bedside lamp would be nice. Also, the site says parking is £8 but the charge is £10. But good for an early Gatwick flight.

. Dirt under bed. Cobwebs on ceiling. Light bulbs not working. Rude unwelcoming staff.

Perfect for a night for us before Gatwick travel. Could hear a bit of noise from beliw, but nothing from other rooms. Had all we needed.

Door was hanging off the wardrobe and a few other loose things with the furniture, otherwise excellent

Booked this stay as had an early flight at Gatwick the next morning. My journey getting there was very long but once I got there it was a pleasant stay. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. The room was clean, they provide towels, tea and coffee station and the bed was comfy too. I thought it was quite lovely and would likely stay there again
