Excelente todo, precio, limpieza, atención, cercanía a transporte, supermercado, centro comercial y restaurantes (esto último es lo que más abunda en Manchester, así que hay siempre cerca de cualquier sitio. La única pega es que el colchón del sofá cama es un papel, vamos, que no se puede llamar colchón, o sea que el "niñ@" que duerme ahí se tendrá que adaptar a lo que hay.
Por otro lado, no esperéis que entiendan ni hablen español, ni "hola", no solo en el hotel, en toda Manchester.
El desayuno incluido y buffet, normal, estilo industrial, pero bastante completo.

It was the first time my wife and I had been to Manchester we thought it was amazing the hotel was right in the centre handy for sightseeing the staff was very friendly and helpful

Basic amenities, good cleanliness and overall good stay. Only thing worth noting, during breakfast don’t leave your table unattended to get food, as you’ll come back to your drinks being thrown away and someone else at your table!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little tired, carpets in hallways look scruffy with stains and lifts are grubby. Room ok, basic but clean and bathroom looks updated with nice shower. The lobby is unusual as it has strange blue lighting which looks cold and uninviting, we didn’t use the bar or have breakfast for that reason. Not sure we would stay again but the location suited us this time.

The manager lady at the storage room -which is located behind the reception- was super rude and grumpy. All i wanted was to take my luggage back from the storage room and she asked me wait in the long check-in queue in a very rude manner. Customer relationship management was so poor. You should teach your site staff on communication skills. Even if it was pride week, there was literally 0 posters/ads in the hotel.

Breakfast was average from what can you expect from a budget chain hotel.
What it was a bit annoying is that the bed was a bit small for a couple and definitely not comfortable. Not what I expected from a huge chain hotel.
Location was excellent and very convenient to walk around the city and on the North Quarter neighbourhood.
Average stay overall, nothing extra

Da vi kom til Hotellet ble vi møtt av svært hyggelig personale. Rommene var rene og pene, men ble kanskje litt trange når sovesofaen også var tatt i bruk. Vi hadde behov for litt ekstra og de ansatte fokset alt innen svært god tid. Hotellets frokost var helt innafor og lokalene var rene og ryddige. I tillegg ligger hotellet sentralt og det er kort gangvei til enten trikk, buss, tog eller kjøpesenter. Anbefales
