Our stay was fabulous from start to finish.... Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and well appointed...clean and comfy too (house keeping were very attentive) . Breakfast was very nice and the staff in the restaurant really friendly and attentive too.... The hotel was clean too.... we thought it was really good and would stay again if we were here again. Thanks.

This is the second time i have stayed here. Very polite helpful staff and number 1 for me comfy beds. Breakfast was also excellent. Well done Holiday Inn Jesmond 👏

Handy place to stay. Lovely staff. The car park meter couldn’t get it to work but the guy at the front desk set it up for me there instead. Very clean and nice walking distance to the city centre. Only thing is the bed was a bit too soft and room quite warm. I’d defo come back though.

Gutes Hotel im quirligen Stadtteil Jesmond mit Restaurant und Bar/Pub. Betten sind bequem, die Dusche ist ebenerdig; gut beim Einstieg.

10 minute walk from the town centre is very convenient. The hotel was okay, the staff where nice but the duty manager was a little curt with me when I lost some money in his broken pool table.

A very short stay but staff were great, bringing me up a feather pillow and generally being friendly.
Room was clean, bed very comfortable and shower was amazing.

Stayed one night only - visiting great niece at Uni. Common parts of hotel are very good but our room was a little warn & in need of a refurb. Whilst we got used to it in the end the room had a mild malodor but not sure what it was. Plenty of hot water, good breakfast & on site parking. Overall ideal for short stay but rooms do need upgrading.

We had an issue with our room which was quickly sorted by the team. The rooms are good; quite considering it’s on the main road; bathrooms are quite small but absolutely do the job. A bit annoying having to pay for parking but decent location very close to the metro. Overall, a great location just outside of town.
