No hot water when I arrived had to have cold shower stains on quilt cover, bed side table dirty

Quiet and clean. Receptionist is friendly. Bed was ok and bedsheets looked a bit over-washed (they were clean though). Carpet in the room needs changing as its tired and didn't feel like putting my bare feet on them. For the price its ok, but I didn't feel comfortable walking around the room on that carpet. Close to transport and location is pretty good

Situato in posizione periferica ma si raggiunge comodamente il centro con i mezzi in una ventina di minuti. L’hotel va rinnovato: materasso a molle scoperte, lenzuola consunte e cuscino di ovatta. Bagno gelido perché senza riscaldamento. Le finestre non sono isolate perciò camera fredda e comfort = 0.

The milk was too much

Un incubo assoluto. Dovevamo stare per cinque notti ma siamo fuggiti dopo una. Appena arrivati, saliamo in camera e ci rendiamo già conto che era diversa dalle foto. Malridotta, con le finestre che si chiudevano male, un bagno minuscolo con un lavandino in cui non ci si poteva quasi lavare per quanto piccolo. Poi diamo una controllata al letto: pieno di capelli, macchie di vario tipo su tutte le lenzuola e sui cuscini. Andiamo alla reception facendo notare le condizioni e ci viene detto che avrebbero sistemato. Torniamo dopo qualche ora e forse avevano dato una spazzata, ma le lenzuola facevano schifo. Al secondo reclamo ci cambiano la stanza. Di primo acchito sembrava andare leggermente meglio, ma controllando meglio anche questa aveva lenzuola tappezzate di macchie di cui non voglio sapere la provenienza. In reception ci accordiamo su una pulizia il giorno seguente alle 10, anche se la stanza andrebbe pulita PRIMA dell'arrivo dei clienti. Per precauzione avevamo comprato a nostre spese delle lenzuola che ci hanno concesso di dormire "sereni". L'indomani mattina, bramosi di fare una doccia, scopriamo che non c'è l'acqua calda e il phon è rotto. Decidiamo quindi di andarcene ed alla reception ci viene detto che non avrebbero fatto un rimborso, prendendo anche in giro chiedendomi se avessi girato il rubinetto dell'acqua dalla parte giusta. Danno e beffa, obbligati a trovare un albergo di corsa aumentando la spesa.

Don’t pay for breakfast unless you want to walk from the hotel for 6 minutes and go to a pizza cafe. I don’t even know what they cooked because after waiting for 20 minutes I left with a takeaway coffee. £14!!! The room I had was a single room so I wasn’t expecting much and it was on a two star hotel so I really wasn’t expecting much. The reception was basic. Took my driving licence as key security. £15 to park on the front. The room was small the mattress you could feel every spring. The tv was the size of a tablet. The shower was problematic water leaking out onto the floor and opened directly into the seeping room. Not much water pressure. If you want to put your head down and just want somewhere cheap in London this maybe for you.

Walking distance for my QPR-match on Loftus Road! 👍 Pubs near by. Also a nice market for street food and other things at Shepherd's Bush not far away, which is conveniently connected to the underground. Good service at the hotel. Was allowed to check in early as I was in the area.

The hotel is far from the underground station but right next to a bus stop. So you have transport options. And the hot water takes a while to kick on but otherwise it was a great room great staff. The pub next door has great prices and friendly staff as well.

Quite noisy from road traffic and guests trying to find their rooms as layout of rooms is confusing. Hot water took some time to come on. Bed was comfortable and room temperature good. Hotel should provide a bottle of drinking water for each person staying in addition to the tea and coffee.

Die Fotos auf der Website haben keineswegs der Realität entsprochen. Alles sah ziemlich heruntergekommen aus. Die Bettwäsche fand ich super ekelig, man hat sich kaum getraut, den Kopf auf das Kissen zu legen. Der TV schien nur Attrappe zu sein, denn er funktionierte nicht. Auch blieb die Heizung und ebenso das Wasser kalt, selbst nachdem ich es fast 30 Minuten habe laufen lassen (es hieß, angeblich 10 Minuten laufen lassen, dann wird es warm). Kein Wunder, dass die Dusche wie neu aussah, denn da hat sich vermutlich niemand drunter gestellt. Haken für das Handtuch gab es auch keine im Bad. Der Stuhl hatte einen total versifften Bezug. Da war die dicke Spinne im Bad noch das kleinste Übel. Einziger Pluspunkt - das WLAN hat funktioniert. Ansonsten habe ich mich in diesem Hotel total unwohl gefühlt.

Wir waren von der Unterkunft enttäuscht und können das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Pleasant staff, nice room

The hotel is great for short stays and offers excellent value for the price. I will definitely return on my next business trip to London.

I was in a basement room, wasn't clean, bathroom had no hand soap, the trim on the bathroom floor was coming off and sharp. The room was cold and noisy footsteps continuously thoughtout. No mobile reception at all. I was very disappointed with the place. It's below an average property, 1star only. Would not recommend at all.

Arrived and the sign in reception says parking is first come first serve basis, obviously not the case, I arrived and was told to go find alternative parking as I hadn’t booked it. 5 spaces for a hotel of approx 40 rooms. Checked in and made my way to the third floor passing the vomit in the hallway that had obviously sat there all night and day as it was now 15:00. Got to our room to find the cleaner just starting our room, he advised he needed 20 minutes so we nipped to the pub next door. Came back 30mins later to find the cleaner still in the room advising he needed another 20. Bear in mind check in is after 14:00. Told him to leave while we get ready as we would be late otherwise. Shower plug hole dismantled and left in shower tray. Toilet seat disconnected from the toilet pan. Beds most uncomfortable and smelt of stale cigarettes. Woke up by fire service at 02:00 to stand outside for 1.5hrs when they clear the ammonia chemical spill in the basement. God only knows what goes on down there. My advice spend a bit more and go somewhere else

Pretty good medium-range independent hotel, good value for money, helpful staff. Some of the rooms are spacious but others a bit small. The locks on the doors need changing as they are very difficult to open! Really lovely breakfast offered at local cafe and extensive room service delivery option.

Dirty place, old beds and bedsheet. Pillow smells swet. I have to wash all our clothes and vacuumed the suitcase back home. I will never be again.
