Hotel Shepherds Bush London

Brilliant central hotel. Rooms clean comfortable, with everything needed. Good stocked bar and decent prices. Staff were great. Early check-in aswell because our room was ready. Highly recommend 👌

The room was lovely and had everything you’d want and expect for an overnight stay. It was very clean and comfortable.

Great location for the Shepherds Bush Empire and surrounding bars etc. surprisingly quiet for London. Clean and tidy. Only negative really is the mattresses could be a bit better quality, but generally a good stay for a good price

Basement room, with only a tiny skylight window, with no shade, felt like a dungeion, tv didn't work despite numerous complaints and failed attempts to fix

Pictures Are much better than the real hotel. Our room didn‘t had any daylight. Our window was directly near a wall in the basement.

The room was below ground with no fresh air. Had a strong smell of bleach when entering. Room was clean and shower was very good. Location is very good.

The hotel is small with no lift, not the best area but it is conveniently located near the underground and above ground transportation. It is located in Zone 2, so transportation is a bit more expensive if you plan to spend a significant time doing a lot of touristy things in Zone 1. It's a diverse area with an assortment of places to eat in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Es war sauber, nette Mitarbeiter und die Lage war sehr gut. Nur 20 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt und in der Nähe das westfield Zentrum, zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten.

Sufficient for one night, but disappointed in the price for what it was. $230 CAD to be in a small basement room, no natural light, stains on the throw pillows, and the shower head was not sturdy (would not stay up on it's own). That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Could here people in corridor. And the people above us with music playing at midnight. Hairs on bed and bathroom.

Night over when going to a gig. The hotel is very near Shepherds Bush Market tube and westfields. Friendly welcome and nice little bar in reception. Clean room.

The hotel was perfect for my visit this time and very convenient for town. Had to pay a £20 security deposit which is normal, however this is still yet to be returned. Other than that, great!

I feel compelled to warn others about my recent stay at this hotel, which I found to be unsafe. After leaving my room for an hour, I returned to find my key deactivated. A maid, who smiled at me, used her master key to let me in. When I later returned from lunch, I encountered an alarming situation: the maid entered my room without knocking while I was changing clothes, claiming maintenance needed access. I was shocked and told her to leave, which she did reluctantly. When I reported this invasion of privacy to the front desk, the response was inadequate—a mere offer of a free drink. This does not address the severity of the issue. The cameras can verify the maid saw me enter my room just before barging in, highlighting her blatant disregard for my privacy. Additionally, my room lacked a deadbolt or any safety mechanism, leaving me vulnerable to further intrusions. I now feel unsafe and uncomfortable in what was supposed to be an enjoyable stay in London. Due to this experience, I will be leaving the lowest possible ratings on all travel websites and sharing my concerns widely to ensure future guests are warned about the serious safety issues at this hotel. The worst part? I was told to "email the manager", and no one has even bothered to respond. I opened a Hotels.com support ticket and even THEY can't get ahold of anyone. Stay very far away from this place!

All areas of hotel that I saw were clean and tidy. My room was in basement; included air con unit which I did not use but would be a boon in summer as no window. Room and toilet/shower clean, bed comfortable and clean. A few odd observations: Nice looking shallow sink in en suite with hot and cold water plumbed the wrong way round. Kettle wont fit under tap. But the weirdest thing is that when I returned about 11pm there were a crowd of teenagers sitting on patio smoking spliffs. I assume they were known to hotel staff on reception a few feet away. Quite a risky thing to turn a blind eye to on a licenced premises. I think it would make some guests uncomfortable.

Very close to subway stop. Room was clean comfortable and staff was very nice.

I like the most with the staff members as front desk. They are amazing. I did not Cary my charger for my phone and they provide for me so I was able to charge my phone this was important for me. I was also able to leave my cary on bags so that I was able walk around after my check out. I had very good experience with the hotel. I recommend this hotel. Also was affordable!!
