Ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport

We felt very refreshed ready for our flight. the next day. Check-in went well, but we had to explain that we had already paid extortionate 15 pound parking for a very small parking space, and the shampoo was empty but apart from these couple of things, everything was marvellous.

Great value next to the airport hotel. Reliable shuttle to the airport and back, just plan for about 30 min travel time. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant food available until about 9pm.

Arrived early and could check in early for minimal fee. Room lovely, clean and everything needed for the one night stay. Ate at restaurant and food / service great. Easy walk to some shopping. Front desk arranged taxi for transfer to airport but also shuttle right outside the door too. Had a hiccup by leaving back pack in taxi and hotel helped arrange for me to get this back. Overall great experience and customer service. Highly recommend this hotel

Stayed here many times. Parking is a nightmare. Squashed in next to two other cars and had to climb through my passenger door to get out of my seat. Happens all the time. Very slow check in. Wrong room given. Had to return to desk to change it. The sink emptied very slowly so possibly a blockage in my room. Not happened before in other rooms so maybe a problem with just that one. Service provided at the bar for food and drink is very slow. Not the staff’s fault. They deal with check in and serving behind the bar. This needs looking into as it’s a regular thing. Forever waiting for acknowledgement. The menu is the same as it’s been in the year I’ve been coming here. Sometimes at check in, the overpowering smell of old cooking oil is very off putting. Prices have also gone up. Food and drink costs are extortionate for such a low key set up. I’d not mind paying if I thought it was good quality - it’s average. The staff aren’t happy here. It’s gone downhill and service is provided by agency staff… Make your own mind up. I had to squeeze into my passenger seat to get back into the drivers seat on my way out.. I shan’t be coming back - sorry

It was ok for one night

Well maintained. Check in is a bit odd.

Stayed just for one night before an early flight. I was very impressed. Nice, clean room, friendly staff, easy drive to Gatwick. Only gave a 3 star for staff as the barman was obviously very new and hadn’t yet been taught all he needed to know. I would recommend.

Excelente estadia para dormir e embarcar no dia seguinte no Gatwick. Super prático. Tem ônibus para o aeroporto (5 libras por pessoa) ou se estiver em família sai quase o mesmo valor indo de Uber ou táxi q é mais confortável.

Nicely designed lobby and rooms, everything looks new and clean, great atmosphere, great staff, and good food options. Excellent transportation options from Gatwick and back (use the bus or the shuttle). Overall, this was a great one night stay for me and a great value for my money to stay in proximity to Gatwick to catch a flight the next day. Don't hesitate to book this place.

A Perfect Short Stay! We stayed for just one night after a long day of travelling home from our holiday and didn’t arrive until around 00:30. Despite the late hour, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming at check-in, which was such a relief. We were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room—it was spotless, with a thoughtfully designed shower room, a comfortable bed, TV, and several homely touches that made us feel instantly at ease. We practically fell asleep the moment we got in, we were so relaxed! In the morning, we headed down to breakfast at around 07:30 and were genuinely impressed by the variety on offer. Everything we tried was delicious—definitely a 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful stay, even if it was only for around 8 hours. We’d absolutely stay again if we were travelling from Gatwick Airport:)

Location and transport to and from the airport was stress free. Very clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Great bar and restaurant.

Vi har bott här förut, men nu är hotellet rustat. Verkligen ett lyft. Jättefin lobby och restaurang. Rummen superfina och fräscha. Trevlig personal. Det enda som är lite tokigt är att det inte finns så många parkeringsplatser, men tydligen kan de ordna fler vid en pub i grannskapet.
