All things were very good apart from the power of the shower it’s far to strong and causes a mess if your not careful
As far as the reception staff are concerned they were brilliant very helpful and Amber D (Amber 2) was the outstanding star for politeness and information she deserves a pay rise Hotel has lifts and no stairs very convenient.

A lovely Hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Nice and relaxed and an enjoyable experience. Good facilities and an excellent Breakfast. Will stay again and recommend it to family and friends

Good room. Very nice view of the days racing. Bar prices a little high. Domestic team need to brush up a bit given the clump of hair in plug hole found on our arrival.

Location is beautiful, right at a horse race course and golf camp, surrounded by nature.
The hotel is clean, but a little tired. Could be updated.
Staff was nice and helpful, especially waiters at the restaurant.
Food was good to very good.

restaurant staff lovely. generally hotel clean but pool changing rooms were a bit grubby, used towels from previous day still there on Sunday morning. pool temperature perfect. rooms lacked a dressing gown and slipper to attend pool.

Weekend away with golf. The hotel is conveniently located, the village nearby offers quite a few options for dining out. The golf range is great.
Only donwside is the bed - quite small and far too soft, but that is personal taste I suppose

There is one let down - the beds and pillows! The beds are too soft as were the pillows. A real shame!

Disappointed not to have race course view as per room pictured by Hotels.com. Instead had view of car park!
Difficult to find hotel in the dark as hotel sign not lit up. Pure luck we found the entrance and way down drive to hotel. Also during day only seen from travel towards sign, nothing the other way.
