Doesn't disappoint. Easy access. Clean. Comfy spacious rooms. Can't fault it once again. Very happy with stay.

The stay was nice and overall it was fine. The issues we had were all dealt with quickly by the general staff and hotel management who were excellent, very professional and helpful. Some of the supervisors were a little less so and this made for a disappointing stay. The hotel was dirty and untidy in areas and in need of a bit of updating. Food was amazing and highly recommended. It’s a shame for a hotel on Brands Hatches door step we had to request the F1 was shown not football! Overall we had a nice weekend away but there is definitely room for improvement

My night at hotel was very comfortable and relaxing,the staff where great. In my room I had a tea spoon covered in chocolate and a dirty cup left from last guest,(😕) Would definitely stay again

This was our third stay at this hotel and we were disappointed by a few things. The first was they now charge for parking, which was previously free if you were staying at the hotel. They wanted £30 for our 2 night stay. We stay at many hotels, when following motor sports and this is the only one that charges. Our room was cold - only cold air blew out. This was also the case on our last visit in November and they told us they were having problems. Surely this should have been fixed by now. The positives include the hotels proximity to the race track, nice bar area, newly furnished - love the tables; good size room with great shower. We would stay again, just a little disappointed, especially by the parking.

Nice hotel but my room didn’t smell very nice and the temperature was impossible to control in any way. Staff were friendly and the hotel has a lot of potential.

The room carets was badly stained. The bed sheet was staines. Room servixe or front desk did not answer calls. The was a broken pool light and the electric cabel was hanging in the pool. It also cost £20 to park for an over ight stay. I wouldnt stay at this hotel again or recommend it

Staff friendly and service very good, room comfy enough, just looking a bit frayed and dated; loose panels in bathroom, carpet worn etc. Spa massage was the bonus.

Room and spa immaculate but corridors really grubby by end of day . Be aware no lift so ask for ground floor if travelling with young children or heavy luggage.

Didnt have any keys to the rooms. Room was filthy, would not stay again.

Excellent place to stay

Generally it was ok. The room still had mess in the bathroom from a recent builders refurbishment so there was plaster and plastic wires on the wash counter. Room felt like it was a bit dated. Heating didn't work either.

The parking payments confusing, i paid for a day ,that cover up to midnight, you supposed to go at midnight and pay again, after 3 day parking, i paid daily, .when back home after a week got 3 parking tickets.

Just a one night stay prior to a track day at Brands Hatch. Warm and friendly reception staff Very clean room and facilities. Great leisure centre on site with helpful staff. Happy to book here again soon.

Quite noisy outside our window

The first shock was to pay an extra £30 upon arrival for 2 days car parking, I could of picked a different hotel with free car park. My room was above the delivery access, woke up by a reversing van and constant noise of a delivery van. The sauna door looked like it has not been cleaned in years, it may be given a quick wipe but the stains are years old, good temperature but lacked TLC. Nice spacious pool. Food rather expensive, but i think that is just normal for the area. would i stay again ? No

The staff were very friendly. The gym facilities were great. The room itself was mostly clean, some area of improvement. What really let it down for me was the food. Unfortunately the food served within the Racing bar was below standard, overpriced and not fresh, i also felt this was the case with breakfast as well. I do know there is also a restaurant which was not open, i can only speak for the Racing Bar food

Slightly disappointed for a premier room there was no towel rail in the bathroom, nor hook on the door to put your wet towel! Also the room looked out onto a brick wall, there was no central light in the bedroom which made the room very dark. Breakfast was lovely as were the staff.

Really disappointing. To start with the rooms were COLD, during our stay this extended to having no hot water in the room. We had to use a portable heater throughout the entire stay to keep the room warm enough for our daughter. The room itself appeared clean enough but soon enough a previous customers earplug fell out of the bed. During the 2 night stay our room was cleaned but dirty glasses left in the room and dirty mugs left on the floor outside our room. The breakfast was fine but the restaurant woefully understaffed, at both breakfast and dinner there were no clean tables dispite the restaurant not looking busy, essentially not enough staff to manage after the rush. The whole trip stank of cost cutting, highlighted by stained carpets, understaffing and inadequate heating/hot water.
