The hosts were sooo amazing and looked after me so well . The attention to detail was fantastic I would 100% stay here again. Food was lovely and such a lovely place xxx

This accommodation is outstanding. The owners have thought of everything. It's home from home with luxury touches. The rooms are beautiful with amazing views All the food is freshly made and nothing is too much trouble. Jen made us pack lunches with homemade bread and cakes which were delicious. I can't recommend this enough.

Without doubt 10 out of 10. Excellent room with a lovely view. The food was as good as you can get and Jan the owner made our stay perfect.

We had an amazing two days there. The location is spot on for whatever you want to do or see. Studfold Farm is wonderful and Jan and Ed are too. Nothing was too much trouble, the service and attention to detail was excellent and the food was superb. Highly recommended!

Best place to stay, EVER !! JAN is Great. Myself with Grandson aged 12. Boys Weekend away. B and B plus Evening Meal. 2 Nights stay. .No more Camping, No more GLAMPING either !! We'll be Back !!

Lovely B&B. Jan was really helpful supplying local information. I hadn't intended eating dinner there, but really pleased I changed my mind. The food was amazing, all home cooked. Would highly recommend staying here

Amazing experience with the owners Jan and Edd. They went above and beyond and made this experience so memorable. The house itself has a great vibes and calming atmosphere. I enjoyed it very much. Very deserving of their high rating, Jan and Edd are very accommodating and an absolutely lovely couple. Had the pleasure of staying here recently when I took on the Yorkshire 3 peaks, great service and that bath with epsom salts is an absolute godsend, very happy with my experience here.

Lovely property very homely and home cooked food. Ideal for walking and the three peaks. Lovely find.

First thing we realised when we turned up was that you are not staying on a farm but in a characterful old farmhouse. You have to park on the road outside but it is off the main road and is very quiet. Jan, is a wonderful host, welcoming, friendly, and a really good cook. The breakfasts and the one evening meal we had were excellent - and better than the ones we had in the upmarket hotel we stayed in afterwards. If you like good food then consider staying here. The dining room is nice to eat in. Our room was spotlessly clean, well decorated and comfortable. This is an old property with character, so it was no surprise to find slightly sloping floors in our room. We noted just two niggles. It may be down to water pressure or the shower head but the shower in our room was not particularly powerful. The second issue is if someone in a neighbouring room decides to get up at 4am to go downstairs and/or leave early, you will probably wake up. This happened only once however. With Pen-y-ghent and other attractions close by this is an ideal B&B for hikers, walkers and sight-seers. We tend not to stay in the same place twice but, should we go back to the area, we may well look to stay here again.

A lovely find on the hotel search web-site with a friendly couple running the B & B. Even helped me find the property in the dark as I got slightly lost. Room tidy and have everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a really lovely, relaxing stay here. Jan was so helpful and kind, and gave us lots of advice for our 3 Peaks hike. The b&b is perfectly located for this, just a 5 min drive from Horton. Our room was so comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Great coffee facilities in the room, a big comfy bed and clean, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. Parking was easy, right outside the b&b. We will definitely come back to stay! ❤️
