Seashore

Have been to Woolacombe many times and this was the best property we have stayed in. Comfy bed, good quality furnishings and great location within the village Only thing I was say is we used the washing machine and then couldn’t find a clothes dryer …. Maybe it’s there somewhere but we couldn’t find one

I had a very enjoyable stay at Seashore. The apartment was very clean, had everything I needed and in a great location overlooking Woolacombe beach. However when I arrived for my stay my key collection was very stressful. It was January and check in time was 6pm onwards so the property was in the dark. Then I had great difficulty understanding how to collect the keys from the safe box for the apartment. The key holder was stiff, there was no explanation how it worked and when I called the property manager for help it went to voicemail. My phone was running flat battery and left me feeling anxious. From this experience I would recommend outside lighting for the property during winter season and an explanation or drawing of how to use the key safe. This will hopefully support other guests who stay at the property. Overall I really enjoyed my visit but stressful to begin with. Thank you Frances from Melbourne, Australia January 2022.
