The apartment was great. The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. I was very close to reporting the property as a scam and re-booking because the key did not come into the app. It was only when I saw an email from the apartment that I found out the need to pay the damage deposit for the key to then be released.

The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more.
The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message.
This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it.

Bạn sẽ được yêu cầu thanh toán cho nơi lưu trú các khoản phí sau. Phí có thể bao gồm các loại thuế hiện hành:

- Nơi lưu trú sẽ thu 100 GBP đặt cọc hư hỏng trước khi nhận phòng.
- Cần thanh toán đặt cọc bằng chuyển khoản ngân hàng trong vòng 24 giờ từ khi đặt phòng.

Nơi lưu trú này không có quầy tiếp tân. Không thể nhận phòng sau giờ làm việc tại nơi lưu trú này. Để sắp xếp nhận phòng, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú tối thiểu 72 giờ trước khi đến bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Trước khi đến, khách phải hoàn thành thủ tục đăng ký trực tuyến với nơi lưu trú qua liên kết an toàn. Khách sẽ nhận được email có hướng dẫn nhận phòng và thông tin khóa thông minh 24 giờ trước khi đến. Khách có thể vào nơi lưu trú qua cổng riêng. Khách phải tải xuống app di động TLJ HANDSFREE của nơi lưu trú trước khi nhận phòng. Thông tin do nơi lưu trú cung cấp có thể được dịch bằng công cụ dịch tự động.

Main entrance door slamming for 12 hours throughout the night and being located right next to it was not ideal.
Walls marked and stained throughout the room.
Front entrance fire door self closer not working correctly, fire and safety risk.
Other rooms showering throughout the night, and with no insulation around the soil pipe. All you can hear is the water splattering inside the pipe.
False fire alarm activations for 30 minutes

The apartments were easy to find and once we had sussed out the Pockit Pass system access was good. The interior is very dark - black walls in the communal stairwell. Our room had purple walls AND ceiling and dark green curtains and then dark kitchen cupboard doors. It all felt very oppressive. The room was adequate, with a good kitchen area and lovely shower room and for the price we would use this again but maybe specify no purple, or bring head torches

The accomodation is conveniently located for all activities around Coventry, and home away from home. Once you’ve stayed once, it becomes first choice. They could however improve services for guests staying up to a week, by cleaning, changing sheets, and supply of toilet paper at least every 2-3 days.

The checking in process was not for me, downloading apps, pass keys etc, and it was just noisy.... The shower was great the amenities were great the bed was great, still haven't received my damage deposit back after 2 weeks which is just rubbish!! When you stay overnight on a business trip you don't want hassle, unfortunately Sky City is a hassle.

The property was fine. The room temperature could not be adjusted, and the weather was very hot; we did not like sleeping with the windows open, as we were on the ground floor. This made our sleep uncomfortable. Everything else was great, and it suited our short stay needs.

It was just very uncomfortable, very noisy, no air in the room at all. It was 27c temp in the room and not changing at all.
Then fire alarm rang quite early in the morning.
Could not sleep or relax at all.
Such a pathetic experience.

Once I booked with Hotels.com I received a separate email saying I had to pay a £100 deposit which wasn’t stated anywhere, then had to download an app to get the key to the room. The room was clean and tidy but there was broken glass on the floor of which I cut my foot, not great! The Tv didn’t work so I couldn’t watch anything. After my stay I didn’t receive my deposit back until I had to email the company to request it back. When I received my deposit I received £91 back with no explanation as to where £9 has gone? For a one night stay it was more headache then it’s worth. Either explain the process before booking or make the process easier.

Both rooms were very cold and I messaged the number I had and explained that the thermostat wasn’t working and they had capped it.
So they sapd they would increase the temperature which I found I was like in a cell.

Lovely clean apartment that looks really impressive and modern. Unfortunately the temperature was set to 25 degrees and we were unable to change this, whilst trying to get ready for a formal event. It was rather uncomfortable putting a suit on in 25 degree heat!!!
