Even though it is a small hotel compared to surrounding buildings the staff were friendly and helpful welcoming food pizza was delicious
The room was very spacious clean but could do with a little TLs for furniture and doors
Bed was little hard but find for me
Air conditioning is good as no windows opened and a fan provided
Would definitely stay again

Perfect stay, cannot fault it.
Our room was absolutely huge with all the amenities you could ask for. Lovely view too.
Parking is really easy and convenient and I think for central London it’s great value.
We always stay in Canary Wharf but first time at this hotel and we have already booked to return in a couple of months.

Stayed 2 nights, 3days.
Food - did not order anything so cannot comment.
Bed - comfy enough.
Facilities - could be renovated and redecorated.
Walking distance to where I needed to be.
Able to bring my friend’s cat - you do sign a waiver as expected.
Receptionists were helpful and polite.
Waterfront facing room on the first floor allocated so was able to get out onto the balcony despite the gloomy conditions. Quite nice actually.
Considering that bookings were suddenly cancelled with less than 24 hours notice due to the whole hotel reservations made by the government - I do feel that it was improperly handled as those who have booked were left to find alternative accommodations in such a short notice. It did not appear that the business had helped these clients get into other hotels as a sign of courtesy. Poor service from that end by the business.
Overall, underwhelming experience.

Hotel was closed. Didn’t inform anybody with reservations and I walked into the middle of protests due to the news surrounding the asylum seekers being housed there. Heavy police presence when I arrived at 11pm to check in.

Helt greit hotell. Ser ut som det hadde sin storhetstid for noen tiår siden og ikke har vedlikeholdt tilstrekkelig.
Rommt var uten vindu, noe som gikk helt greit. Men det var relativt varmt der. Var en form for AC eller lignende men den fungerte langt ifra tilstrekkelig til å kjøle ned rommet. Til mitt bruk var det uansett helt fint. Jeg var der bare på natta for å sove. Prøvde ikke ut verken frokost eller middag der. Rommet og badet virket til å være pusset opp i senere år da de holdt helt fint standard. Veldig kronglete å finne fram til, en labyrint av ganger for å finne fram. Beliggenheten er helt fint. Bra plassert ved siden av elven og noen minutters gange til nærmeste linje(Jubelee)

Overnight parking £24 as arrived before 6pm £12 after 6pm trouble is car park may be full by £6 stayed here 2 years ago was very good now thumbs down

Convenient location, friendly staff, but very dated
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Canary Wharf Tube and buses. The area feels safe and has plenty of restaurants. Staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the property is very dated and needs major renovations. My first room was dark, had no window, and was noisy. Thankfully, the front desk moved me to a much better room on the second floor. Expedia should clearly state room types, as I was told double beds aren’t guaranteed for their bookings. With updates, this hotel could be 4 stars, but for now, it’s 3 star from it.

We booked last minute because the private room we'd booked had not been properly cleaned. Location was close to the Canary Wharf metro line. A food court in the mall and an additional food hall were nearby.

First impression: A beautiful old hotel.
Second impression: Staff mumbling and uninterested in their job. Not even a smile.
Third impression: Poor maintenance, bathroom door can't close, window has no handle to open/shut.
Forth impression: Who on earth is cleaning the place? 4 nights and they didn't even empty our trash or checked if we needed towels.
If you don't have too high standards, this is an okay hotel, but I wouldn't really recommend it to any of my friends.
