체크인 시 거실 전등이 나가 있었고 샤워실 호스의 경우 분리되는 등 여러가지 준비 안 된 부분들이 있었음 컨플레인 해서 조치는 되었지만 기분이 좋지는 않았습니다. 이것도 여러 번 애기해서 하나씩 조치되었음. 숙소 위치는 좋아 적당한 가격에 머무르기는 좋지만 다음에 다시 간다면 다른 숙소로 갈 것 같습니다.

The property is very well kept and clean. Walkable to the theatre district, Chinatown and Covent Garden. Not too far from the Underground as well. This location worked well for us.

A decent hotel but it has no amenities. The location is great with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. One bottle of water for a suite with four adults was all we were provided for 3 nights. The streets are pretty noisy in London with lots of loud bikes and cars making it a distraction at night. The room had a great kitchen area but none of the plugs were useful in the bathroom for the blowdryer or iron. Instead, you have no mirrors and end of blowdrying/styling at the dining table area. The front staff was very kind and polite.

家族4人で観光目的で滞在しました。バッキングガム宮殿、ビッグベン、大英博物館、ピカデリーサーカス・・・が徒歩圏内（30分以内）にあり、たいへん便利でした。 また、部屋のキッチンには洗濯機もあり、一般のホテル滞在とは違う時間を過ごさせて頂きました。広い空間が何よりでした。

部屋は窓からの眺めを除けば問題なし。よかったのはロケーションで、地下鉄、バスへのアクセスが良い、コベントガーデン、大英博物館などの観光スポット、劇場へは徒歩圏内かつ、終了後安全に歩いて帰れる。休憩がてら、観光の合間に戻ってくることも可能。次回も有力な候補です。

Lincoln Suites has a lot going for it — the location is excellent, within walking distance of key attractions and transport links, and the amenities are modern and well-maintained. On the surface, it’s a solid property. However, I have a major issue with how the rooms are marketed and described. I booked standard rooms for a larger family trip (4 rooms, 4–5 days), but upon arrival, all the rooms were in fact accessible rooms — something not clearly disclosed at booking. The small print on Hotels.com refers to “wheelchair-accessible doors,” and there’s a distant photo of what looks like a stylish wet room. In reality, the bathroom includes a very low toilet, a sink placed on top of the toilet tank, and a mirror positioned around 2–4 feet from the floor — completely impractical for most adults (I’m 6ft tall). When I raised this with the hotel, they pointed to the listing on Hotels.com and refused to move or assist. Hotels.com offered a $150 voucher — which, frankly, doesn’t come close to compensating for the inconvenience of staying in the wrong type of room across multiple bookings. My low rating is not because this is a bad hotel — it’s about transparency and accuracy. These rooms should be clearly labeled as accessible rooms so guests can make an informed decision. A good hotel with a poor experience due to misleading labeling and poor customer service when it mattered.

This place was great. So much roomier than most places in the surrounding area... at least for the price. Really enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for families, as we had a kitchen & washing machine. Great location and very well kept hotel. My only request to to install full length mirrors for dressing.

Great location. Wonderful staff at reception, especially Annette, who was so helpful and friendly. Free coffee in the suite was appreciated. Laundry facilities were a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in London, with AC too.

Die Ausstattung der Apartments ist wirklich hervorragend! Alle 4 Tage wird gereinigt, der Müll abgeholt, das Bett bezogen und die Handtücher gewechselt! Sollte mal etwas fehlen, erhält man alles an der Rezeption, die 24 h besetzt ist! Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Great large apartment. Didn’t cook but had efficient kitchen and kettle and Nespresso machine. Staff mostly responsive. Had TV issue first two days but eventually was fixed. Would stay here again.

The staff are nice But the room in the lower ground floor is not good. Not comfortable in staying in room with no windows (I didn’t know about I’d be staying in windowless LG room from the booking)

Great stay, very comfortable bed, nice to have a kitchen although I didn’t use it much due to the great location near great restaurants. Friendly service and again GREAT location!

We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again. No issues at all.
