The Savoy

The Savoy is one of my favourite hotels in the world. The service and facilities are excellent. You’re in the heart of London just a short walk to most things. The restaurants and bars are excellent. I’d definitely recommend it

Was here to celebrate Valentines day and even as we arrived much earlier than the check in time the whole team bent over backwards to ensure out comfort. The Savoy has some of the best, if not best mattress for sleep, the food and drinks were super awesome - would do it again!

Fantastic experience and well worth pushing the boat out for!!

Great experience - the staff were amazing

Extraordinarily decorated for Christmas--magical and festive. Staff was outstanding--especially Bibi in helping us with transportation, reservations and a tremendous amount of inquiries. Warm and gracious hospitality. Very close to Covent Garden and the Underground to shopping and restaurants. Easy to walk over Waterloo Bridge to the Old Vic Theater, London Eye and more. Restaurants at the Savoy were also amazing. Our experience over Christmas could not have been better!

Fabulous hotel with great staff. Some loud construction going on outside and road in front of hotel was closed so had to walk my bags several blocks to get there.

Excellent customer service

We celebrated my wife’s birthday, and had a thoroughly enjoyable time, we loved the facilities and the service offered by all staff The reading room was so relaxing and not very busy which meant it was somewhere really nice to chill out We only had one very minor complaint, and that was the shower fell and the conditioner, they’re in captive receptacles (like a Travel Lodge) in lieu of individual bottles, which for a hotel room of this standard and price we felt that this was not commensurate fir a 5 star hotel. Other than this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Staff are amazing! Rooms and spa was immaculate. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t get hot water, I know they are thermostatically controlled but the temperature was Luke warm at best . This however didn’t spoil the experience.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you! Fab location with a 4 minute walk to Covent Garden and easy reach to theatres.

Had a wonderful time with everything. The bell service and Eli were great from the moment we arrived and everything else fell into place. The room service group and breakfast group were fantastic. Thanks to all of them.

A most enjoyable first time staying at the Savoy Hotel. Couldn't fault it for cleanliness and the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We dined in the Savoy grill and the riverside restaurant of which both were faultless and the food was wonderful

An amazing experience and it makes you realise how a hotel should be run. For me a once in a lifetime as it is not cheap!.

Loved it all. Particularly liked the residents sitting area with comp drinks prior to checking in. Lovely touch . Everything was top notch.

The savoy is just the best. A little disappointed that I couldn’t get a drink on Sunday evening after 9.30pm without buying a meal.
