Overall, this is a nice hotel. The front desk staff are really personable and helpful. Our room was fairly small (as expected for a European hotel room) but it was clean and the beds were comfy. The sink/mirror is in the room and there are separate stalls each for the toilet and the shower. There is a fridge and an electric tea kettle in the room. The location is a bit odd… the only entrance/lobby is down a driveway from the road to the back of the building. It is in a more industrial area, but it is easy to walk into city center. There are also many walking paths nearby that are fun to explore.

Stay was great , employees are great at there jobs and helpful and friendly, only problem I have is that should not have smoking to close to the doors, could be a designated place for people who enjoy smoking so it don't interfere with non smokers

Hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrum. Stille område, til tross for en del biltrafikk i nærheten. Hadde hotellrom med utsikt, noe vi satte stor pris på. Kjekt med lite kjøleskap på rommet. Interessant løsning av wc og dusj. Benyttet oss av sauna og boblebad, 150 dkr pr prs for 45 min. Helt ok. Treningsrommet var lite men bra.
God frokost. Noe begrenset service da hotellet hadde flere gjestende fotball-lag som ble prioritert.
Gode parkeringsmuligheter.

A good hotel easy to locate, a fair walk from the harbour area (best food options). Spacious room with separate toilet from shower. Only niggle was no provision of a teaspoon; i borrowed one from the restaurant on my first day but this was removed by room service so i had to get another the next day (tricky to stir coffee / remove tea bags etc)

Vi bookede et værelse til 3 personer, da vi ankom var der en seng til knap nok 2 voksne!? Da vi så ber dem om at få fikset en ekstra seng, skal vi pludselig betale for en ekstra opredning.. som næsten kostede det samme som hele værelset!?
Man skal ikke skilte med at der kan sove 3 personer, og så kan der knap nok sove 2 personer.. for derefter at opkræve ekstra!
Vi blev mødt af dårlig service i receptionen, ingen forståelse eller lyst til at finde en løsning!
