Beqa Lagoon Resort was an absolutely phenomenal experience for us.
The location is beautiful and relaxing, the prepaid meal plan (3 meals a day) is delicious, and all the activities the resort put on are fun and engaging.
The diving was enjoyable, but the highlight was definitely the shark dives. The dive team are well informed and are able to provide good insight into the nearby shark population and their place in the ecosystem.
Despite all of the above, the thing that makes Beqa Lagoon such an amazing experience is the staff who work there. They all do such an amazing job, and truly live by the mantra that it is your 'home away from home'.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beqa Lagoon Resort! It was everything we were looking for in a remote island destination.
The amazing staff greeted us on the beach with music and shell necklaces - so began our love affair. The service is excellent and accommodating. Enthusiastic Filo gave us an excellent orientation and made us feel very welcome. Wayne, the GM, checked in with us almost daily and was so helpful. Keleni in the main office was a delight and charged our devices when our adapter didn't work. Sera gives the BEST MASSAGES on the planet - I'm not kidding! Joseph is an excellent activities director and island guide. The people make the trip and they are wonderful!!!
The food was very good and you can choose from 3 different entrees at lunch and dinner. Breakfast is buffet style and you can request fresh cooked eggs.
Our room was comfortable and roomy. The mattress and bedding were also comfy - which can be an issue in places this remote. The air conditioning worked great and power is supplied to the room 24/7. We've stayed in remote places where the beds are rock hard, there's no AC, and power is only available a few hours a day - so this isn't roughing it at all.
We aren't divers, but we do snorkel and were able to fully enjoy this resort. You can snorkel the reef right in front of the resort and it's quite full of life. They also offer free use of kayaks and SUP boards. Around 2:30 PM each day the resort offers included and paid activities - all great!

Khách có thể đến nơi lưu trú này bằng phà với thời gian di chuyển 45 phút từ Cảng Pacific. Để bảo đảm dịch vụ đưa đón bằng phà, khách phải liên hệ với nơi lưu trú và cung cấp chi tiết lịch trình ít nhất 7 ngày trước thời gian đến dự kiến. Phà khởi hành từ bến du thuyền The Pearl Resort lúc 10:00 và 16:30 hằng ngày và khởi hành từ Đảo Beqa lúc 08:30 hằng ngày. Khách dự định đến sau 16:30 nên đặt phòng lưu trú qua đêm tại Cảng Pacific cho đến khi dịch vụ tiếp tục hoạt động vào hôm sau. Dịch vụ đưa đón khứ hồi không bắt buộc từ Sân bay Nadi (cách 2,5 giờ) hoặc Sân bay Suva (cách 90 phút) đến Cảng Pacific hoạt động theo yêu cầu (áp dụng phụ phí).

Để sử dụng dịch vụ, khách phải liên hệ nơi lưu trú qua thông tin liên hệ được cung cấp trong xác nhận đặt phòng 72 giờ trước khi đến. Giờ hoạt động hàng ngày của quầy tiếp tân từ 8:00 đến 19:00. Không thể nhận phòng sau giờ làm việc tại nơi lưu trú này. Để sắp xếp nhận phòng, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú tối thiểu 72 giờ trước khi đến bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Khách phải liên lạc trước với nơi lưu trú để nhận hướng dẫn nhận phòng. Nhân viên tiếp tân chỉ phục vụ trong giờ làm việc theo quy định. Nếu có câu hỏi nào, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú theo thông tin có trong xác nhận đặt phòng.

NEVER COME HERE. Mosquitoes are everywhere, not just limited to your room. All the insect sprays are empty and they are good at swapping them around to pretend that they have replaced with new ones. Everything is a “YES” from their mouth but their actions say a “NO” as there’s no further action taken. The manager is smug and she doesn’t take any responsibility.

Lovely location and facilities. Good food. Best known for diving, but we enjoyed snorkeling every day on a reef off the beach. Nice hike to waterfall. Overall food was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially enjoyed the evening church choir and visit to local school. Kids adorable.

The people were absolutely incredible: friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Food was great and on time, even after the generator quick working the staff was just so accomadating. Great scuba group too.
Of course anytime you have facilities in a tropical environment upkeep is a concern, but the resort was in pretty good shape. Maintenance needs to be done on scuba boats, but crew was fantastic

O lugar e muito bonito e o pessoal faz de tudo para agradar aos hóspedes. A praia não é bonita em si mas prove um ótimo snorkeling com muita vida é cores bem em frente ao hotel. O mergulho é fantástico especialmente com tubarões e o pessoal muito profissional. Há passeios ótimos e atrações interessantes todos os dias. Comida muito boa. Ambiente aconchegante e intimista que nos faz sentir em casa rapidamente.

We stayed at a total of 5 different resorts while we were in Fiji and Beqa Lagoon Resort was our favorite. The staff is so incredibly welcoming. We will absolutely be back to do the shark dive someday.

Wonderful, authentic Fijian resort. Great good, tasty and beautifully presented. Fantastic caring, friendly, happy and respectful staff. Well appointed and very comfortable accommodation. Superb location, wide range of activities to suit all ages including children - family very tearful to leave after a memorable 2 night stay and have made me promise to return for a further stay in a couple of months.

We had picked Beqa as it was one of the few island resorts available last minute over the New Year holidays. The staff is very friendly, and takes the time to get to know your name and preferences.
The resort has a beach lined with palm trees, and the pool faces the ocean as well. The grounds are very well maintained, and on a clear night you can see the night sky in great detail.
The resort is very popular with divers, and even though we are not divers, we had a great time snorkeling in the house reef (which is fantastic). The resort has a small charge for renting snorkel equipment, but kayaks and paddle boards are free.
The dining/bar area is open on 2 sides, and has assigned seating for each day - on the second day we requested the small table at the front, and were moved to it the following day. The meal plan is $50 USD per person daily - breakfast was a standard buffet, but the lunch (1 course) and dinner (3 courses) were both excellent. The bar has filtered water, tea & coffee available throughout the day.
The room was very large, with a good size bathroom, and separate seating area. The housekeeping is sporadic, so you have to ask for the room to be made up.
The spa is pretty good, and the resort boutique sells Pure Fiji products :)
There are several daily activities planned (available for free and for an extra charge). The snorkeling trip is nice, but the Secret Island trip is absolutely amazing!

This the most beautiful place in Fiji. The Beqa people are the most genuine and lovely people on the planet. Everyday is heaven there, the food is amazing, the kindness and warmth of the staff are what makes this place. If you want a holiday that is like living in a postcard, this is the place.
